They did a great job. They were timely. There was one miscommunication but the gentlemen came out to straighten that out right away

Had difficulty getting therm to come and perform the work. Did a relatively shoddy job. The advertised special introductory price of $99.00 was extremely low--but why make an offer like that to develop more new customers, if you are going to leave a bad impression? <br />

Two people arrived on time, provided the services as requested and did a nice job of cleaning up. <br />

It was great. They did a pretty good job. I was a little disappointed because I don't think I got the 4 hours but I think it was a really good deal anyway.

It was fine! They were friendly and on time. They are also reasonably priced.

They were flexible about when they would come to my home. Everything was fine except they weren't very detailed oriented. For example, they sprayed grass all over the place and didn't sweep it up, and other things like that.

The people who came out were friendly and did a pretty good job.  I signed up for a special $99 yard clean-up deal.  They were a little slow about setting up the appointment, I think they had recently lost a receptionist.  Although I told them before they came that one of the things I wanted them to do was to clear the poison ivy out of my mulch bed, once they got there they said that they couldn't do that because they hadn't brought their protective gear, and that they didn't usually do that as part of the $99 deal.  Someone said that she would get back to me about rescheduling the poison ivy work but she didn't.  I called them a couple of weeks later and spoke to David (I think) who said that he would check his schedule when he got back to the office and let me know when they could come back out to do the poison ivy removal, but he never contacted me.  <br />

I kept trying to schedule with this company. It was very difficult to get scheduled, I was always told to call someone else when I did speak with someone. There was something going on internally with company and I don't like to deal with that sort of thing. I was able to get the service fufilled by a former employee but he wasn't even working for the company at the time. He tried to do his best and help me out. I would give him a good grade but not the company overall.

First service was delayed however once contact was made, staff was attentive, prompt, professional, and provided the services advertised. <br />

Went well.  Guys were able to knock out about as much in 4 hours as I had hoped they would, even after one of them had to run to the store in the middle of the job to replace a tool that had broken.  Would recommend to others. <br />

.The crew did an excellent job on my small lawn but were unable to get the heavy equipment into the back yard because of steps and recent rain. However, they performed the aeration and seeding on my neighbor's lawn.  <br /> Unfortunately, none of grass seed sprouted.

That turned out alright. Just one employee came out and he worked for less than 4 hours, he left a little early, at around 2.5 hours. I had some bushed that had to be trimmed back. His cleanup was just fine. It took him forever to schedule with me though, I had to call Angie’s List and then he finally showed up, but he was professional.

They showed up when expected and did a good job.  The deal didn't cover all that we wanted, but they provided an estimate for the rest.  It was reasonable.  We didn't have the additional work done at the time, but it wasn't due to anything done by Victory Gardens.  I would use them again. <br />

They were on time and did a good job for the time they had. I would call them again. <br />

Victory Gardens people in the field were professional and did an excellent job on our lawn at a very reasonable price. My only complaint was that the office was not very good at staying in touch and letting us know what was going on - when they were planning on coming, or when plans had changed. I may well use them again, but the lack of contact was fairly irritating. <br />

Right now I am still holding out on my review.  I am still waiting to be contacted and for the job to be completed.  I am hoping they are going to honor and be committed to their job.  I will write a true review later?????.They finally scheduled but only because I had to contact them myself over time and several tries!   They had to split my time because the first time they came to my house they couldn?t work the back gate so they left without a word or call to me.  I had call them (which I did many times just to get the job completed) to find out that ?were? already at my house once and were going to have to reschedule another day when they could fit me in.  When they did finally make to my house the work completed was minimal.  I compare this to the job completed the year before which was awesome! <br /> <br />

Bought the deal for $20 lawn services and purchased three mows since I was out of the country for several weeks.  Holly initially contacted me and we exchanged emails and were good to go.  Prior to leaving for my trip I reach out by phone and email and have had no response.   I followed the deal guidelines and so now I have $60 in "credit" that is owed.  Action will be taken.

The first mowing was to happen 5/29.  I sent them a reminder at the beginning of that week.  June 29 came and no vendor.  I called and was told they were running a bit behind and they would be there the next day. <br /> The second service was scheduled for 6/26.  Again sent a reminder the beginning of the week and on 6/26, no vendor.  I waited an extra day to make sure they weren't  just running behind and then sent an e-mail 6/28 asking them to get in touch with me to reschedule.  Did not hear from them so sent another e-mail 6/30 and another on 7/2.  They have not responded to any of these e-mails.  Then on 7/3, I tried to call them and received a message that their voice mailbox was full.  I sent one last email on 7/7.  Again, no response.  I gave up and am requesting a refund of the monies spent on the Big Deal offer.

Service was good.  Two employees used professional equipment to mow lawn.  They were fast/efficient.  Did leave grass clippings in landscaping.  Employees very courteous.  We had patio furniture on our lawn and they helped my husband move it so they could cute that part of the lawn.  Next cut, they helped him move a small plastic toddler slide.  Went beyond expectations.  Would use again. <br />
