Glenn was totally unprofessional, gave me a warranty of six month. Had to ask multiple times for pictures of finished work. Within 4 month the squirrels were back, after multiple phone calls and text finally got back to me and said he would come out,- gave me lame excuse he was short of help and did not have a ladder - He set up an appt than cancelled , set up another appt and never showed - he has since ghosted me - I had roofer come out and was told the hole was not closed up properly - the squirrels were getting into the same place - his other reviews are probably bogus like the bullshit he gave me for $750 of useless work - do not use them

I hired this company after hiring one of the worst wildlife pest control companies I have ever worked with. Glenn and his team came in and did the job efficiently. They were personable yet professional. They gave me back my peace of mind in my home. Having a raccoon over your head that can enter your home is very scary and dangerous. They can be very vicious and harmful animals. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They were great and explained everything every step of the way and followed through. You will not go wrong with this company. Keep up the great work guys!

This company is fraudulent. I hired them to remove squirrels from my attic and to patch the hole where the squirrels were coming from on the roof. They came and set up the traps, and on that day, I paid them in full, and they were expected to return in three weeks to remove the traps and seal the hole. I attempted to contact them numerous times and they continuously ignore my texts and phone calls. It has been over a month and this company has taken my money and never completed the service. I would not recommend them to anyone for their fraudulent behavior and they need to be shut down and reported.

They helped me out a lot in my emergency and gave great consideration to me as a senior citizen, including a thorough final walkthrough.

They were professional but a little expensive I think. Also, they said they would contact me in 2-3 weeks about the success or not of the project and removal of a trap but they haven’t yet.

Above and beyond does not begin to describe how excellent this service has been. I can't express my gratitude enough for Victory Wildlife! For several weeks now there has been a groundhog tearing up my garden, I have called other pest removal companies but in which none have been successful with the removal of this groundhog. A friend of mine referred me to Victory Wildlife and Pest Removal, so I reached out and told them the issue that I was having; they were very professional and responsive. They showed up that same day and proceeded to do a thorough inspection, no later than 24hrs they set a trap and caught the groundhog that's been tearing up my garden I am beyond grateful and will forever refer them to those in need!

From the moment I hired them, Jon and his team were extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all my questions, and followed up to see how things were improving. I appreciate the attention and diligence from this team. Awesome fast and got rid of the raccoons

I had a horrible raccoon issue, these guys came in showed me where my issues were and were back the next day (In the freezing cold, I might add) to seal my problem areas and put up a one way cage to ensure the raccoons would leave and not be able to enter back into my home. It’s been an extremely peaceful 3 weeks and I’m finally getting a full nights sleep again. I would most certainly recommend these guys to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pest control needs!

The service was horrible. Victory provided a flimsy trap that was ineffective. The raccoon was not only able to eat the food, but he was never trapped in the cage. The raccoon was able to move the trap from one end of the garage to the next. As a result, the raccoon was never caught. He arrived with a new trap, but again, it was ineffective. This was a waste of time and money. I feel that it was nothing more than a ripoff.

Very experienced, hard working, honest and affordable. Problem solved in a few days.

They were very professional. They took pictures of the holes to show me and told me step by step what they were doing, and what to expect.

I hired them to handle my problem. I gave them my credit card for payment. They charged my card immediately for the total amount. He said he would be back in 3 days. The man did not come back and did not call. I called him and the company and have not gotten a callback. He was here 13 days ago. I am disputing the charge on my credit card for not receiving the service I paid for. I am very upset and disappointed.
