Service was excellent. Jeff installed a new sump pump with battery back-up and thoroughly cleaned the well. The job was so good we had Jeff back 2 more time for various other maintenance and repairs.

We prepurchased a special for an inspection and water heater flush. It took a couple of tries to get that scheduled. But we needed a pressure valve installed so we hired him to come back and do that, which went great

Overall, poor workmanship that now requires the entire project to be redone. Copper piping needed to be replaced because the existing piping was the wrong size for the spigot. The contractor replaced the piping; however, installed it at an inverse angle so that water won't naturally drain out of the pipe/spigot. The project now needs to be redone so that the piping is installed at the proper angle to allow water to drain out.

"Thanks for your review, we stand behind our workmanship 100% with a lifetime warranty. Once we saw this review we tried to contact you immediately to fix any issue you may have had. In fact you never even tried to contact us about an issue. Also at the time of the install I advised you the wall was too narrow to put a "frost free" and I could replace with regular style bib. You advised us that your husband purchased the frost free and wanted it. We left and special ordered a smaller size. Returned for a second visit and installed the 4" frost free hose bib. If the issue was inverse angle we apologize and would have fixed it, and also made nessessary repairs to drywall and paint. we're also confused about the wrong size piping, every hose bib has a pipe size of 1/2" water pipe supplying the faucet. in no way shape or form did we change anything about the sizing of the original pipes."

The job went better than I had expected, in large part because Jeff Blackford is truly a class act. After some minor confusion over faucet models, Jeff carried out a swift, professional installation, even though he had to climb over enough boxes and junk in the basement to almost resemble the set for "Hoarders". The installation was top-notch, and the materials likewise. We're planning on doing further business with Viking in the near future.

We just moved into our 1960's new house and the main sewer line was backing up. Short on time, with new baby, I contacted Viking on a Friday night and they came out on Sunday afternoon when promised. Pulled lower toilet, snaked and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Expert service, great advice and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well.
