Village Home Services understood our unique need, set a fair price and showed up ahead of time. Communication was great throughout. Their technician, Scott took his time to carefully assess and carry out the job. The result was exactly what we needed. We are very happy with the outcome!

The technician/plumber didn't get the job done at all. He ended up breaking the shower valve and ended up placing a stopper on the line to prevent water leakage. In the process, he ended up taking 5-6 hours for a job that was finished by another plumbing company in 2-3 hours. It was a waste of my money as Village Home Services billed me $560, fixed nothing and broke the valve. Furthermore, their manager/owner asked me for another $2000 for them to come back and repair the damage they created. I got this job done for $800 from another plumbing company based out of Tyngsboro. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VILLAGE SERVICES.

They clean up after themselves! They are prompt, friendly, and completely self sufficient. NOTHING is a problem! I sprung a couple of extra things on them while they were here. ( more than once) I added a can light over a stove and they just did it. I added a couple more outlets and no problem! I mentioned that I needed a feed for a fireplace insert and they checked it out right away. I would never use anyone else for my electrical work. Do yourself a favor and hire them.

The personable owner, Tony Del Papa, came out to give us <br /> an estimate for installing exhaust fans in our bathroom. Since we <br /> hadn't bought the fans yet, it was helpful that he told us what to <br /> look for and suggested a particular brand. We then ordered fans <br /> through Lowe's. <br /> The company was prompt with returning calls and providing a written <br /> estimate in the mail. <br /> Once we had an appointment with the company that was going to vent the <br /> fans, we scheduled Village Electric to come out several days before <br /> that day.The two workers who came out were courteous and arrived within the <br /> hour time window we expected them. We tested out the fans and they <br /> worked fine, but we waited until they were vented to the outside to <br /> actually use them. <br /> The quality of the electrical work performed was good, but we had a <br /> couple of minor issues, which is the reason that we gave a B for <br /> professionalism. To install the fans, the workers had to go into the attic. <br /> They had to move some insulation from the attic floor <br /> and did not roll it back into place when they were done, and the <br /> insulation batting covering the attic hatch mysteriously disappeared. <br />   <br /> Also, a piece of ceiling that needed to be cut out was left in the <br /> attic instead of being discarded. Replacement of the junction box for <br /> the master bathroom light/fan switches caused a ceramic towel bar to <br /> partly detach from the wall. <br /> We have used Village Electric several times before, and this is the <br /> only time anything like this has happened. We informed <br /> them about it and don't expect to have any future problems, so we will <br /> use them again. <br />

The generator was located on the opposite of the house from the electrical boxes so Village Electric did a lot of work like wiring and switch mechanism, ran long wires across it. So it's a lot of work. They're terrific. We're gonna be using them again to put in some electrical wiring.

Tony and his crew are amazing! I have used them a few times in my new home. I moved into a home with electrial work from 1971 and needed some serious upgrades. Tony came over and looked at the job, made recommendations and gave me an estimate. When it was time for the work, he sent over a crew of electricians to work. They finished ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. The work was done seemlessly and the price was right. I continue to call them for all my electrical needs and highly recommend them. <br />

Tony, as always, was responsive to my request for an estimate showing up within a few days of my call. The paper estimate arrived promptly thereafter. And even though I sat on it for a couple of weeks while I got other estimates, once I signed off, the work was done within a week. Joe, the electrician, did a neat and professional job. <br /> Village did two other major pieces of work for me in the past: lighting and wiring for a major kitchen/family room renovation and a 100 to 200 amp service panel upgrade along with running power from my house to my shed to power my irrigation system. Both were well done. That's why they were my first call on this project. I did get another estimate. They were nearly identical but Village was the slightly lower price to boot.

Overall went very well. Cost was higher than we expected but work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

They did a great job! They were punctual and professional to work with. To my surprise, they were able to complete the project in just 2 days! I would definitely use them for future electrical needs.
