Villa's Construction and Remodeling are top notch! Their attention to detail and quality are second to none. We recently moved into a new build which was basically a white box, and they came in and made our home into a model home. John and his crew have the amazing ability to take a vision and turn it into a creation. This is the fourth large remodeling project we have used their services for and are just as incredibly blown away and overwhelmed as we were the first time we used them in 2018 for our last home.

Great overall experience working with Villa’s construction. We did an extensive home remodel including 5 bathrooms, kitchen, floors and a 1000 sq ft addition. I was very pleased with the quality of their work.

Beyond 5 STARS! Mr. Villa and his team are in a definite professional league of their own. They are phenomenally talented, reliable, and trustworthy. In the initial walk-through, we discussed our vision for the condo. Mr. Villa really listened and was the epitome of creativity! He is a Designer’s contractor given his wealth of beautifully functional ideas. A+ on all aspects of our complete condo remodel. The final product is an absolute dream that we have the honor of waking up to every day. Completely satisfied!

He's was our guy. We spent over $175,000.00 with him. Then one of our bathrooms leaked from the shower pan. Next thing you know, after a few emails, we were told that the bathroom lasted 3 years and never had a leak, and that he only guaranteed his work for a year, and that he never guaranteed the materials (that he selected and installed). See the attached phots that clearaly show a screw hole in what is (was) the shower curb where it was pierced by a screw, mold behind the walls and the improper tile installation. Here is his email response: "I can stop by most likely Friday mid afternoon. I would like to know what is your expectation on repairs ? Just to be clear , that shower somehow just started with this issue and it’s been almost 3 years . Which is unfortunate regardless of the cause. Unless there’s a different result If we do another water test ,which I don’t see any other reason other then the suggestion or comments I made before when my plumber went over . So my opinions are the same . The repairs will have to be done at a charge to customer . Depending on extent of repairs the charge will be accommodated . As for ceiling repairs , I can’t do that till January . We are extremely saturated with projects and work right now and I’ve lost half my crew in the past months . If you need repairs done asap , you’re better off having someone else do them . Just being honest. " HIS WORDS VERBATIM. This project was not 3 years old, in fact at the time, I had not even known the contractor that long. He did do previous bathrooms for us as well. I would recommend you stay away from this contractor. They do not stand behind their work. We hired them to do nearly the entirety of our 4000 square foot house. Once complete, one of the showers they redid began to leak. that particular bathroom cost over $14,000 to remodel. a year and 6 months later, it was leaking into the $85,000 kitchen they had done for us. They sent a worker to inspect the problem. they claimed the materials failed, and that they were not responsile. However, there are cameras in the house just outside the bathroom which caught the entire conversation between the worker (who happened to have also been the installer) and the owner. He informed him that the water was leaking from the seam in the tile and was getting past the bladder which is designed to prevent these types of leaks. Fast forward beyond the refusal to repair the problem as outlined above. A new contractor comes in, and removes the entire shower. There had been mold growing behind the new walls and tile. Two reasons, the bladder had been pierced by screws placed directly through the bladder, and the tile on the walls were installed prior to the shower floor, which meant that water would travel down the tile and under the shower floor. it was only going to hold for as lonag as the (poorly) applied gout would last. These are basic errors. Once they had done all of the jobs they could do in our house, they abandoned us. They may well abandon you too. SO, if you want to spend that kind of money and have a shower installed that WILL ONLY LAST 3 YEARS, THEN THIS IS YOUR GUY, BUT IF YOU WANT A PRODUCT THAT WILL LAST, GO SOMEHWERE ELSE.

Excellent job! John Villa and his entire team are professional, kind, respectful, and true artisans. Villas Construction and remodeling is a full-service company with dedicated teams for every detail. Floors, A/C, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, building, and design. Our home is gorgeous!

John Villa has done several renovation jobs for me before, mainly bathroom and kitchen renovations, and his work on all of them was excellent. I needed to upgrade my windows to hurricane impact windows and although I had several quotes for the project I went with John. I know his work and he agreed to paint the windows after the installation which none of the other contractors included in the project. John did not disappoint and in addition to the excellent work he added quartz window sills and I repainted the house to complete the job. John is also responsive to follow up questions and concerns which most contractors do not do

Guest Bathroom

After researching and meeting with a handful of contractors to discuss our home renovation, my husband and I decided to go with Villa’s Construction for our project and we could not be happier with our decision. Before hiring, we met with John a few times to discuss our project and at each meeting, he took the time to answer all of our questions, discussing any concerns he/we had, and even offering suggestions and design ideas that we ultimately went with and loved. Not only did he show us that he was an expert in his field, but he was professional and very polite. Once the renovation started, we met Jhonatan who was just as wonderful to work with. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. If there was an issue that came up, it was brought to our attention immediately, and John was always up front about everything, which of course we appreciated. The crew was always punctual and very polite. We were living in our home for the majority of the 4 month long renovation, but they made the experience as pleasant as they could, even building a privacy wall for us at one point to keep us (including 3 young kids and a dog) comfortable and away from the construction. My husband and I are so happy with the end result, and we’ve received so many compliments on our home. Even a few neighbors and realtors have reached out excitedly, thinking we were fixing up our house to sell! We can’t thank John, Jhonatan, and the crew enough for what a wonderful job they did. They took all of our ideas and turned our house into the beautiful home that we dreamed of. I highly recommend them and already have them in mind for some other work we plan on doing down the road.

I'm extremely pleased with all of the work that John Villa and his team did for me. We did an addition on our house that included a den, bathroom and BR/office. All together it was adding an additional 500 sq ft. John also did a custom cabinet/entertainment center for me as well as custom office cabinets and desk. All of turned out better than I could have hoped. John is great to work with and has a very good eye for design and helped me make some of the difficult decisions that come with this type of project. I found John to be very upfront and honest and there were no tricks or gotcha's in the process. As expected, I changed my mind on a few things and there were surprise challenges that came up, but John was extremely reasonable in negotiating these pieces. This type of project is super hard to get quotes on that are comparable. John was not the most expensive nor the cheapest but somewhere in the middle. The work is super high quality and I was told many times by the various folks inspecting for permits that whoever was doing the work, was doing a really good job. His attention to detail is awesome, and the team wouldn't quit until everything was perfect. Moreover, he was the most upfront and honest of any contractor I talked to about what was included in his quote, what was not, and where I should budget for additional things I would need to purchase. I found everyone on his team very respectful and courteous, which is a big thing in a project such as this. They show up on time, they are quiet, and they clean up and protect the rest of the house from the work they are doing. That's another big benefit of working with John, that he has his own crew that does most of the work. So he really controls most of the process. I also appreciated how diligent John was in having his team get tested for covid every week in this environment. I doubt that all contractors are on top of this in the same way. We were so happy with how everything turned out that we are using Villa's Construction to redo the kitchen now as well!

As I am not one to write reviews (however I do read them) I have to say that Villa Construction is as my daughter would say , they are the "Bombdiggity". We had no idea who to hire for our project, after reviewing online reviews of Villa Construction we proceeded to call them John the owner was very responsive. After arriving and reviewing our plans, John offered some suggestions that we appreciated. John provided a very competitive price relative to what we had received at other companies along with a starting date. When the starting dat arrived, John's crew were here promptly at 8:00AM to start the job and arrived right on time EVERY DAY. His team was knowledgeable and professional, and at the end of each day totally cleaned up the area. The project took 3 weeks which was what John quoted at the beginning. We highly recommend you consider Villa Construction for any remodeling needs that you may have.

From beginning to end, the experience with Villas Construction was great. The attention to detail, responsiveness, guidance, and quality of work was exceptional. The crew was very polite, would ask questions when needed to ensure work was done according to our liking, and they constantly kept the job area clean and organized. Johnathan was the project leader for our renovation and he did not disappoint. He was constantly checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress of the job and acted quickly to address any concerns. We would definitely hire John and his team for future upgrades at our home.

We worked with Villas Construction in Boca Raton, in designing and remodeling our kitchen. John Villas and his crew did an excellent job. We met with John several times to choose the custom cabinets, countertops and to review all the details of the job, John is patient, knowledgable and, precise, He is truly a pleasure to work with, His crew all appear to have great respect for him and report to him daily. For me the greatest compliment I can give him is the fact that everything went smoothly without any mistakes or redos.. Everything went off as planned. The project timeframe was approximately four weeks. The job started and was completed in a timely manner. Great communication between the owner, the project manager and myself at all times. Highly professional and most importantly highly skilled workers. The workers were respectful of our home at all times and cleaned up at the end of each day to our satisfaction. The plumbers to the electricians to the drywall repair and shower glass people, everyone seemed highly qualified and took great pride in their work.

Third time’s a charm! Hired Villa’s Remodeling for a third and final time to finish off remodeling the rest of our home, and we are still 100% satisfied. Everything was done to perfection, and done in the time it was promised. Communication great as usual, and even a slight hiccup in bathroom lighting ended up being solved with an even better solution than originally planned. We feel lucky to have found John and his wonderful crew! We absolutely love our home again!

My husband and I hired Villa's construction previously for another project in our home. We were so impressed we hired them again for our guest bathroom renovation amongst other minor projects. John Villa and his brother Jonathan are professional and knowledgeable. They worked with us every step of the way. Both have an abundance of ideas and we pretty much went along with all their suggestions. Villa's Construction suggested several vendors for purchase of tile, doors, etc. We were pleased with all the referrals. Their attention to detail and how thorough they were throughout the project is impressive. We made several changes and additions as the project progressed and they were patient and accommodating regardless of our requests. Overall the pluthera of knowledge between the two is to be admired. My husband and I have full confidence and trust in them. There is no doubt you will not be impressed with their skill and expertise.They will always be the company of choice for future renovations. The project went very well. Villas had great ideas on layouts and finishes. The master bath vanity is incredible! They were clean, polite and acommodating .

We hired John and his crew to completely remodel 3 bathrooms that had not been touched since the 1960’s! This was far from a simple remodel as all the plumbing was out of code and there were water main issues in the building. John dealt with the building management and was our advocate in every way. As I began to realize what John could accomplish we also had him turn an extra room into a new custom glamour closet based on his fantastic recommendations, put in a new glass slider in the master and repaint almost the entire condo as well as replace and correct some of the lighting. The work is beautiful and high quality. John and his crew are extremely professional and take great pride in their work. If something isn’t right, John will make sure its corrected. He will keep sending the team back until its perfect. Can’t say enough about John’s commitment and dedication to his work and reputation. I highly recommend and we will use him for future projects. I took a long time to find and choose my contractor for a complete house remodel. It is not easy. There are lots of pitfalls and land mines in this industry that you must navigate around. Let me save you that time and trouble. Villa's Construction is the real deal. John, the owner is an absolute gem of a find. Whatever negative connotations you have about General Contractors will be wiped away by John Villa. My project started out one way and kept growing and changing thru out. None of that was a problem for Villa's Construction. From the first meeting to the last walk thru, I always felt comfortable and taken care of. All the work is in-house. He has his own employees and does not sub contract out. Because of this the quality of work is amazing and consistent. They truly mean it when they say satisfaction is guaranteed. John will take care of whatever issues that may arise no matter how big or small. The best part is they really do it all. From a brand new kitchen to a brand new bathroom and everything in between. It is truly appreciated to know that you don't have to worry or fight with your GC over the finishes. If its not right, he will make it right. Obviously because of that you should know John won't be the cheapest option. However if you care about finishing on time, finishing on agreed price and have it come out as PERFECT as you want then there is no other choice. Thank you so much John for changing my home from a 1980s horror show to the "House of Tomorrow."

As always, it was FANTASTIC! I've hired John for 4 separate projects, all over the house, both inside and out and the work is perfection.

My husband and I were impressed by John from the day we met for our estimate. Not only because he was punctual and professional, but because of his wealth of knowledge. He spent a generous amount of time with us discussing ideas for our projects. I was confident he would deliver quality work. After receiving several estimates, Villa's was the most expensive. However, we knew we would receive the best service from John, both during and after the project so he was our top pick. Especially because he is so responsive. We converted our master bedroom den into a 4th bedroom. They added a wall to divide master and new bedroom, created an opening for new entry door, and converted existing niche into a closet.  The workers were punctual, efficient,  professional, and perfectionist. The new drywall is seamless. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and workmanship. We will definitely be using them in the future for bathroom and kitchen renovations. Looking forward to it! We highly recommend Villa's, you will not be disappointed. 

The bathroom transformation was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Before the remodeling, the master bathroom was very outdated and the lighting was terrible. Now the bathroom looks like you stepped into the Resort Hotel, very classey.
