The work that Franklin and his team did far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First I must comment on Franklins understanding of what needed to be done, his willingness to consult with my regular contractor, and his flexibility and responsiveness. Equally impressive is the work ethic of Franklin and his team. It is a commitment to delivering a superior product I have not seen in a long time. And the efficiency with which they worked was amazing. My driveway took seven full days to complete and I cannot believe I am so excited about a driveway. It is really beautiful. Do not hesitate to use Villa and Sons. I found them on Angie's List and am so grateful.

We cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of their work. Each step of this large, complicated project was discussed thoroughly and executed as promised. They also built a new flagstone walkway to the front door which looks great. <br /> We plan on using them again in the future for another project. <br /> Highly recommend. <br />

We have a long driveway that needed replacing. Manuel Villa removed the old asphalt and gravel, widened our driveway to accommodate our 4 cars. We also had an existing rock wall removed and replaced. They did a beautiful job. The work was done in a timely manner and my calls were returned promptly. I got 5% off for paying in cash. When the work was done, 2 of my neighbors used him to have their driveways done too. <br />

He started a week late but once he began, he fininshed in 4-5 days. Cleaned up very well and threw in a few extras for no charge.

I hired Manuel Villa originally to build a retaining wall for my basement and then asked them to finish a concrete floor for my basement too. their work was priced reasonably and well done. a team of three were working on this project and they finished everything in just two long days! the size of the wall was 15 by 5 feet in L shape that involved a lot of digging, braking and disposing of a 400 pounds rock... the concrete floor job consisted of digging a 20 by 20 feet. it was a lot of heavy duty labor. beside the fact that they told me that they will start at a certain day but they didn't show up nor called. when i called they said they has an issue with their truck. and then they said they will come the next day between 8 and 9 by they showed up at 10. because they knew they had to finish by sunday and they would need 3 or 4 days. they made sure to be done sunday and they even worked until 7pm. once they are working they are extremely professional. i highly recommend them. they do have workers comp insurance and they did give me a copy of their insurance issued for my property by their insurance broker.

The work went pretty well. They were very responsive. Ultimately, they did a fine job. I was a little disappointed because one of the machines they used scratched up our retaining wall. It didn’t do any damage. It bothered me a little bit. It was a cinder block, so it wasn’t a big deal. I felt they could have been a little more careful. The machine also embedded a couple of lines of dirt into the driveway, which I thought looked sloppy. They said it would go away over time and it took a while before I really couldn’t see that dirt anymore. They were fine. Their price was good, and they did what they were supposed to do. They could have been a little more cautious about it. When they were supposed to show up, they didn’t show up.
