Villfillfix was great from the start. Jorge was responsive, very communicative throughout the process and punctual. He was able to fix my leak as promised. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if I had anything else I needed help with around the house.

And yes, my experience was 100% positive. You simply explain what you need and forget about it. Vilferfix does the rest.

Purchased a $99 deal for 1 room painting. They never acknowledged the purchase. I tried contacting to schedule and they never responded. Ended up getting refunded the $99. Would NOT recommend!

Terrible. It took over 2 months to get in touch with Jorge, and when I finally did, he missed several appointments that we scheduled. When he finally showed up, he gave me a decent quote for the work that I wanted done (this was for work beyond the $349 I paid for tiling the floor). He only had 1 tile sample to show, rather than the several that I expected. He said that I should buy my own tile, which I did. He missed a couple more appointments to start the work, but when they finally did show up and start the work, it was OK. He didn't take up the tile on the floor of the bathroom, something that I expected that he would do so that the new tile was at the same height as the bedroom floor. Instead, he laid the new tile right on top of the old tile, and now the bathroom floor is 1/4" higher than the trim piece going into the bathroom - and he made no attempt to blend it in. Also, there were substantial additional charges for plumbing and other incidentals, all of which I agreed to except for ~$130 for demo - which I expected to be included in the price (it was advertised as such). I ended up demoing the toilet and vanity myself, and took all of the demo materials, including the old tile to the dump myself. Then the worst happened - he told me he was done, but in fact never repaired the drywall or added the baseboard tile! He called and told me that they were done and asked to get paid the remaining balance (50%). I told him that I wanted my wife to check it out and when she did he told her that it was done. She noticed the missing baseboard tile and huge, dirty gaps between the tile and wall, but was told that that's how it's supposed to be. She was taken advantage of, and paid him the balance. When I came home and saw the unfinished job, I called Jorge right away to get the job finished - it's a bathroom, baseboard tile is a necessity - in fact he demoed all of the existing baseboard tile, and then didn't replace it will the tile that I bought for the job. He said that he would finish it free of charge, and then made an appointment with me to come back and finish the job - which of course he didn't. All calls to his phone go straight to voicemail, and text messages and messages through Angie's List go unanswered. So now I'm having to pay another contractor to finish the job, and I'm still without a second functioning bathroom - not pleasant with 4 year old twins in the house. I'm planning on reporting Villerfix to the Better Business Bureau once I know how much it's going to cost to finish the job. I will upload pictures at a later date.

Made 3 appointments and they didn't show up for any. The first one was rescheduled. The second one was a no show and no response to texts or phone calls. Eventually Jorge Villanueva contacted me and said his son had been in the hospital the night prior, and we rescheduled for the third appointment. Once again, for the third appointment, he was a no show, didn't answer calls or texts. I want a full refund from Angie's List. I now have no confidence.

They were quite and fast and did a great job with cleaning up the mess at the end.

Jorge was kind enough to show up within 24 hours from when I called him as this was an emergency and I was in a bind. He identified that the anchor was not really serving it's purpose, so he suggested inserting a reinforcement. He ran out to the store, and within a couple of hours the shower door was like new! Definitely plan on hiring him again!

The work went fine. I have no complaints about the work. I would hire this company again.

Please read entire: The owner was quick to answer calls, come out and give an estimate, and we were limited on time. He also had his workers come on sunday which made a huge difference in the time frame. The price did go up during the work but not his fault. The 'cubbies' turned out to have some solid wood and it took the workers a long time to cut thru them. Understandable. I feel if the workers had the right wood blades it would've been easier on them. The work came out good, not great cause there is still a hole that needs to be filled and a piece of drywall that I will have to put in. Also I had to ask the workers to put up some plastic and provided them a tarp in order to stop some of the dust from covering the dining room. The kitchen unfortunately was completely covered and I feel they should've covered the floor so that I didn't have to pay someone to clean the tiles afterwards. The reason I gave the 'C' for Professionalism is partly because of the subsequent cleaning that could've been avoided, and partly because I never received a quote or final statement. At the end of all the work I asked him about the garbage and he said it would be extra. This should've been mention up front as part of the cost.

Great service and professional work. We had our kitchen tiled by an inexperienced tiler via our contractor and they made a mistake. When we opened up the dining room to the kitchen we went looking for someone to assist and work continue the floor in the best possible way. 

Jorge and his team were professional and hard working.  They kept on schedule and were a pleasure to work with.

Jorge and Daniel did our installation of decorative glass tile in a powder room. it was a small job and Jorge's second project completed in our home. He had recently installed a new kitchen backsplash and did a fantastic job that we wanted him for this project as well. They tiled an art niche and backsplash in the powder room in a very short amount of time and finished neatly.  Jorge and Daniel were On time, polite and helpful. I will continue to use Villerfix for our home projects. <br />

Jorge was punctual. He carefully removed the old cabinets to keep in place and preserve old granite counter tops and back splash. While still keeping the old counter tops and back splash in place he did what was necessary to make the new cabinets fit and look great. He also replaced a damaged wooden floor with a tile floor, a great improvement. <br />    Jorge works hard, goes along with additional requests and is easy to get along with. I would recommend him and use him again. <br /> <br /> <br />

It went well.

They are fantastic, very responsible, and punctual.  They are professional and patient.  They explain themselves well.  Very efficient.  They are very considerate and open to suggestion.  They are very analytically when it comes to their approach of the project.

When he was supposed to come for the first appointment, he didn't show up.  Then, when I had another service person, out for some other work being performed, he showed up at the most inopportune time. He was supposed to be there at noon on July 31, but he failed to show up on time. He never gave me the scope of service, and he told me he couldn't get to my projects until at least August. Then however, he says he could squeeze me in the next day at 9:00 AM. So that evening, I had to rush out and grab all the products and supplies necessary to get the job going, but the next day, he was late again! Not only was he late, but he even left early. He had to go to another job in Hollywood. I purchased a 40 hour contract with him for $1,500, but he wasn't ever ready to perform any work. I’m running around getting nails and so on to get the job done and he continually showed up late. He never gave me any scope of service, then day after day, work was not done, never completed, nor up to par. He was never there to supervise his workers who did not speak any English. He failed on every level possible. I feel that I’m at least a full day short of contracted services. Work done was inferior. Every day he showed up late and left early.
