Vince has a great disposition and responds quickly to issues. He arrived on time and was quick to get started. This job was physically demanding, so very humid. Vince did finish the job to my satisfaction. Vince cleaned up as he progressed through the job. I was very impressed at this. I will surely call upon him for any future needs. Thank you!

I told him to look at my book for the instruction but he said he didn't need to look at the book. Then after he left, the control panel is not working. I texted him to come back, he came back on Friday and said that he did not do anything to cause the problem. I would rate him 1 for moving the refrigerator because he damaged it but 5 stars for installing the drawers.

We spoke prior to me agreeing to move it for you and I explained to you that since it had been sitting outdoors in the Florida heat for many years that it may not work properly once we moved it. After explaining this to you and confirming that I would not be held liable if it did not work, we agreed to move forward. I removed the refrigerator and freezer doors and all of the wiring in order to fit the appliance into your home. After moving the refrigerator, we fortunately were able to avoid any major damage, other than the panel lights not working. I even came back to your home free of charge to try and fix this for you. I understand that after my visit, you had a home appliance specialist from Home Depot come out to service the refrigerator, who then completely broke it. I am deeply sorry that the refrigerator was not able to be salvaged. I am a small business and family man, just trying to make a living. I will be more careful agreeing to such projects with potentially unfavorable outcomes (even though they were all discussed and disclosed) in the future. Vince did a great job. I found him very responsive, professional and courteous. He does quality work in a timely fashion. He shows attention to detail, and cleans up thoroughly after job completion. His prices are reasonable and I will definitely be hiring him for future projects.

This guy Vince us truly a Jack of all trades. I have used him several times for remodeling, dry wall, demolition, hanging large and heavy items that are unique, etc. The most important thing about Vince abba why in keep coming back is the guy is dependable. Very resourceful and knowledgeable and works hard to do the job right the first time! Would definitely recommend him as Vince is very fair with pricing but gives you well above average service. Not many good Handymen like him left, and a true gem!

Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing help with any home projects. Showed up when I was in a last minute bind and went above and beyond, making sure that everything was done right away and to a very high standard. He managed to put up drywall, mud, tape, etc. in an 1100 sq ft garage with 16 ft walls in just a few days when no one else wanted to take on such a complex project. Truly the best in the business at an affordable rate.
