From the first time I reached out to Vince he was very responsive and helpful. He came out on short notice to give me a quote and was also able to get started on the work very quickly. It was very helpful that he works on the weekends as it can be difficult for people to take time off of work during the week. <br /> All of the work that Vince and his team did was high quality. One of the best parts about working with Vince is that he truly looks out for your best interest. My house is an older house, and there were a couple of unforeseen issues that were discovered after he began working. Vince informed me of the issues and worked with me to find the safest and most cost effective solutions to the issues. I am very pleased with the work Vince did for me and would recommend him. Not to mention, he was well below any other quotes I received! <br />

The brick chimney of my 1928 cape had been painted decades ago and was peeling off in big chunks and taking the brick and mortar with it.  Vincent's team cleaned the loose areas then applied a 3 layer stucco process over the painted brick.  The end result looks terrific, blends with the period of the house, and I'm very pleased with it.  I also had a concrete walkway that had sunk well below the grass level and created a river of water and ice whenever it rained or snowed.  Vincent dug out the old walkway and installed a new one with paving stones that not only looks great, but has resolved the water and ice problem.  I'm very happy with the professionalism and quality of the work. <br />

My 6 step concrete form had eroded from years of weather, the use of low quality masonry paint which had trapped water at the surface and eroded into the mortar, and the use of a metal snow shovel for a few seasons. <br /> I called Vince in the afternoon, and he was out the same evening to take a look and discuss my options. We decided resurfacing was the best strategy, and after I had power washed much of the old paint from the horizontal surface, Vince's crew came out and resurfaced with concrete patch. The original application did not take to the surface well, as a commercial grade was needed. Vince came out a week later, and applied a heavy duty layer, and smoothed the surface. He recommended a top quality paint from a paint store, rather than the generic masonry paint from the local "big box". The steps were painted within a couple days and look tremendous. <br /> I'm sure with the application of a gentler plastic-bladed shovel to clear snow and ice going forward, the steps should remain in great condition for years to come. <br /> Vince also took a quick look around my property and offered helpful maintenance suggestions on my other masonry items, as well as providing examples of recent sidewalk replacement jobs with stylish tiles. <br />

Vincent is enthusiastic and professional. He had the job visualized from the first visit. Crew was on time and diligent in their work. Vince oversaw each step and checked the work as it progressed. Results were better than expected. People keep telling us how good everything looks. We are very happy.

Vincent and his two man crew arrived on time. Outstanding and quick work. Vincent was great to work with, he installed manufactured stone veneer on the exposed portions of the foundation. After I started the job myself and my wife told me it was taking too long I called Vincent and he came in and had it done in two days. He and his crew wasted no time, did it right and the results were amazing. Definitely added to our curb appeal which assisted us to sell our home. Will definitely call him if we need any masonry work at our new home. Thank you again!

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and the judgment that was evident, based upon Vincent's 20-year experience, which strongly supported is material choices and means of correcting the flaws.  With the work yesterday completed, and the terrace dried down, the appearance is precisely as was promised.  During the second day, the stucco work was completed. <br /> The work area was cleaned at the conclusion of the work, and small areas that needed touch ups, were done. <br /> While Vincent and his crew were on the job, I was able to recommend him to a painting contractor, who was looking for a mason to include in his list of contractors whom the painter could recommend. <br /> So, I am happy to recommend Vincent. <br />

He is very knowledgeable.  He knows his job obviously.  He gave me a good time on what would it take, how much would it take for the materials.  I actually called him just to do the chimney but he pointed out the fact that the wall needed some work and he was more than willing to meet me to discuss about it.

Vincent had a two man crew come out and complete the work.  The work went well and I was happy with the overall initial quality.  Soon after, some significant cracks did form in the back steps where the repairs were done and I am worried the repairs will not last.  I did talk to Vincent about it and he said that he would come out and take a look and fix the new cracks, but he has not made it out yet.  I believe I would use Vincent again If this issue is taken care of.  I will update my review based on what happens. <br /> Also, I do think I should have required a written quote before the work was done.  I was originally OK with the verbal quote provided ($750), but I thought the job was going to be a bit more involved based on the discussion we had when Vincent came out to quote the work.  Due to the level of deterioration on the back steps I thought they were going to have to complete the repairs in multiple phases which would have been more time consuming.  Having a documented quote may have helped me understand better what they were actually going to do to complete the repairs. <br />

Vinny is very energetic and anxious to get moving, which I saw as a positive sign. No time wasted.  His employees were a bit more methodical, but very exacting in their efforts.  The smoked on their breaks, but did it away from the house so the smoke wouldn't come in the open windows.  I was very pleased with the quality of their work.  My daughter bought a home in our same town, at about the time Vinny and his colleagues were working on our home.  Her house needed chimney and masonry work right after the closing.  She also used Vinny and was very happy with the outcome.  We will definitely use Vinny again. <br />

They were there when they said they were going to be there on the day that they said they were going to be there. They were great. My mom is eighty six years old; she needs her hot water and the heat.

They used a lot of the existing bricks and re-did the job the way it should have been done originally.  I was able to leave my wife there and not be worried going out of state.
