Vintage Air called to confirm the appointment then texted me when he was on his way. His van was professionally signed identifying his company. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to up sale me or sell me things that were not needed. Very honest. I definitely would hire Vintage Air again.

They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. I would totally hire them again and I plan on it.

I was here the whole time he was here. He walked me through, he took photos of all the data. He gave me the data read outs that he got, which showed that everything was operating within the manufactures specs, so I got to believe that. They were just here the one time, so my initial impression was good. I don’t have any negative impression of them all. I would probably try them again if indeed I needed that kind of work. He was very straight forward in terms of showing us all the photos of our units on the roof. He was up on the roof taking photos of the unit and taking photos of the read outs he was getting on his equipment. As far as I was concerned the interaction was pretty good.
