Weekly servicing of my pool and balancing of chemicals. Back in April, this company replaced my jandy valve because it was stuck on backwash. Then in July, Dalton backwashed and serviced my pool. I came home to my backyard flooding and the valve once again stuck on backwash. I sent him a text asking what happened and his response felt like my issue is not his top priority. He told me I had a pool leak and I needed to find an inspector. I do not have a pool leak and reminded him that the valve was stuck on backwash. He then said that he wouldn't be able to come until my next service date--one week from this issue--and charge me an hourly rate to find the leak. I decided to find a new pool company and get a second opinion. There was never a leak, he replaced my o-ring with a generic part back in July. The generic part does not fit my pump correctly and slips off. According to the pool inspector, I have to get the valve replaced because he tightened the value so tight that there is a crack. Once again, this needs to be replaced, because he did not install the part correctly nor did he install the proper part. They are supposedly guaranteed but I guess my water bill and the parts they replaced aren't included in their guarantee.
