They were quick to respond and did do the clean up and remediation. The issues were 1) Overcharged. Only the tasks and amounts indicated by insurance were to be done. The PM ignored the specific tasks and tasked out the entire insurance amount which include approximately 2000 for other work to be done which I did not assign to them. So with the my deductible I am out roughly $4000. 2) Lack of Safety: They almost set my house on fire by overloading my circuits (with no monitoring). The socket they plugged into is slight melted and shows burn marks. 3) Lack of respect for my property: They borrowed a heavy duty extension cord, and they later on cut it up for some reason.

They gutted the entire home to the studs for a kitchen fire. Went into my basement where they were not to touch. I had framed it out. Throwout my unused studs my new wardrobe and cloth on to my front lawn. We had agreed not to touch this area. Then told me I had not mentioned this to them. Thank goodness I still had the text exchange on my phone to verify this. It will take about 3000 to repair the damage they caused. I checked yelp they got a consistent one out of five stars. They were the first to contact me. But a big expensive mistake.

My experience with VIP Restoration INC has been nothing short of remarkable through out this whole project. 5 stars down the line from customer service and price to the quality of work they produce! Highly Recommend.

I've used their services for mold remediation on my basement twice, most recently for a small job necessary to complete the sale of my house. They responded immediately to my request and completed the job within a week of first contact. They're prompt, professional, courteous, and experienced. The first job, a few years ago, was an extensive mold remediation, and I have had no recurrence in the area they treated. I would definitely use their services again.

What can I say other than excellent service. Julian was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous during his visit and helped me to determine the best course of remediation. Customer service for scheduling was also top notch and friendly. I would definitely recommend VIP Restoration INC and use them in the future if the need arose.

The crew did a fabulous job. They were professional, friendly and provided answers to all of my questions, proving they were knowledgeable of the work they were doing. The project took 3 days which surprised me due to the amount of work that needed to be done. The crew was extremely hardworking and diligent. From the salesman to the office personal to the men working this project a thank you for making this project so easy for me. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to have waterproofing done in their home. The crew, other than seeing the work they did, it was like they were never here. They took care of covering things up so well the dust from the jackhammer never made it upstairs. Upon leaving they cleaned all areas that were involved in the project.
