Virginia Cleaning Experts, LLC. specializes in Residential (home) & Commercial (business) CLEANINGS. As a family owned company with over 14 years experience, we value each and ever customer and their specific cleaning need. There is NO such thing as a basic clean with us, we do an detailed cleaning each time. This consists of spot wiping walls, dusting forgotten places, baseboards, polishing wooden surfaces, and all other cleaning needs.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I'm so disappointed. My house is less than 1400 square feet and should only take 3 hours to clean. For the basic cleaning that was being done, it should have taken less time. One person would tap the duster on his leg to knock out collected dust (redistributing it in the house). I am allergic to dust. There was no attention to detail, no deep cleaning. One small bathroom was said to be finished, but there was grime left (empty toothbrush holder and shower wand). The carpet was not cleaned in corners, door frames, or edges. After 3 hours, I asked them nicely to leave and paid them the $200. I had lost confidence in the quality of work and was breaking out in hives. The oven and microwave look good. The owner called, saying they've never had a complaint, and blamed me for not allowing them their final double check swap. This is true. I had no confidence it would have mattered and didn?t want to waste another 3 hours. I quickly finished the cleaning myself when they left.

As I mentioned in our messages(it wouldn?t allow me to share here),the team members do a thorough double check behind each other, which is how we have been able to maintain no complaints. Unfortunately, although you were told it could take up to 6 hours to do a thorough cleaning, you stopped them after 2.5 hours. During this process, I also received messages and calls, stating you constantly followed one particular cleaner around and not the other person."

They never moved anything. They cleaned around everything. I guess if I never move anything it would be great. But I do. I’m wondering what “deep clean” means.
