We contracted Paul West and Viridian Builders this summer to complete a significant renovation right after we purchased a home in Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Paul was by far the most professional and responsive contractor we interacted with during the bid process and he maintained that level of professionalism throughout the project. The house was move-in ready within 5 weeks and very close to budget considering complexities that were discovered during the demo process. Paul was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and he demonstrated the highest level of integrity throughout the project. The sub-contractors Paul recruited for the project were all respectful and polite in our interactions. Lastly, Paul appreciated that we wanted to get the best value for our renovation budget and frequently offered his advice on how to best use our funds recognizing we were on a finite budget. We expect to complete additional renovations on our home in the future and are planning to work with Paul and Viridian Builders once again.
