Virtual Seal Coating and Roofing

Hired Dave(Virtual Paving And Sealcoating) to sealcoat my driveway; he personally did the job on 4/20/22; he told me to stay off the driveway for 24 hours; I actually stayed off the driveway for 50 hours; as soon as I drove on the driveway, I knew there was something wrong; there were treadmarks everywhere; every tire movement was visible; I called Dave and he agreed to fix the problem; he said that it had to cure so he would complete the job on 7/1/22; I called Dave on 6/28/22 to see what time he would be there; he said that he wasn't sure because he had to go to the store and purchase special steel brushes to do the job;on 7/1/22 I called Dave at 11 am to find out when he was coming; he told me that he was not going to fix the problems and that he would give me a partial refund(no amount stated); I told him that I wanted a total refund since the job was totally unacceptable; he said that the best he could do was a partial refund (again no amount stated); I waited 10 days to hear from him and then called on 7/10/22; I offered to come to his office to get the refund; he said that wasn't necessary and he would get it to me; haven't heard anything from him since

Went very well, Quick call back to my request and Dave drove over within 2 hours to look and provide quote for hot sealer with asphalt granular. He was in the ball park of average price so we made the deal. Early bird gets the worm.

He did an excellent job and I will definitely hire him again. His price was reasonable and he was very responsive. I would highly recommend him as well.

Dave was very professional he was at my property within an hour to give me an estimate witch was very good showed me the material he was going to use for the job and was able to start that day and had his crew of professional workers start within an hour ,They did a great job i am very happy Warranty he gave me too

Did not go well. I was going to do this myself but I physically couldn't. Called David and he quoted me a price. I had the materials. I ripped the one side myself. Wood needed replaced on entire side. Didn't show when he said because it was cloudy. Showed the next day when it was raining. Did not put drip edge on entire roof, half that he did is on backwards. 25 nails showing on roof, damaged my gutters, missed joists with plywood. Used wrong shingles for cap. I bought the shingles but being he is a professional he should of known better. Shingles not staggered correctly. Won't come and see what his people did. I will let the pictures tell the story.

Dave responded promptly, gave me some good quotes from the pictures I sent and made sure to confirm those quotes when he saw it in person. He was able to finish the job that day. Good workmanship and great tips for future care.

Dave and his crew did an amazing job. They were on time, very professional and gave me a great price. Their customer service was excellent. I called a few other companies and I am so so happy that I used them I will definitely be using them again and recommending them!!!!!!!

i was pleased with what Virtual Roofing did at my office. They made sure the additional parking lot was done properly and then they sealed the driveway and finally painted parking lines on the parking lot. I was satisfied.
