Great service , Todd was very attentive to detail , post remodel and sanding drywall dust was all over the windows and walls , came home and looked like there was never any dust to begin with .

I am beyond impressed with Virus Mitigation Services and highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone and everyone looking to not only clean, but also sanitize their property. Todd was not only friendly but very accommodating with my busy work schedule. He was personable, warm, and friendly; Most importantly, he went above and beyond in terms of caring for my first new home. I had completed minor renovations with dust and trash located everywhere. With the recent pandemic, I also wanted to be sure all surfaces and areas were clean from any harmful viruses or germs. He first went in, did a general clean, then went back and disinfected all areas of my new home. I had an extra large bag of shattered glass that I was going to remove my self, but Todd voluntarily did it himself with no complaints. After cleaning my floors, he wasn't satisfied with the streaks (which I didn't even notice myself), so he asked to return the next day to do another different type of cleaning which I sincerely appreciated. Todd's customer service and cleaning expertise exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to hiring cleaning services here on the island. Thank you, Todd!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Todd, the owner, stopped by my to look at what I wanted to be cleaned and that evening quoted me price. He Explained exactly what he would do and the various Solutions that would be used. Fortunately he was available able to come that week to complete the job. Other than being very professional , thorough, snd Hard-working, he was very kind, considerate, and I could tell that he enjoyed his line of work. I have already recommended him to my family, and Todd will be doing a job in Haleiwa next week. He is upfront with his pricing snd is reasonable.

Todd from Virus Mitigation Services was very prompt when responding to our request for cleaning of our veterinary hospital before we re-opened our doors post Covid. The service they provided was stellar and very thorough, and they went out of their way to accommodate our operating hours doing all of their work overnight so it did not impact our clients and business. We initially used their service as a one-time cleaning but were so impressed and satisfied with their work we are considering using their service on a regular basis. I highly recommend them for any cleaning work your personal residence or business may need.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I was referred to Virus Mitigation by my realtor after we closed on our purchase. Sellers and tenants left the place a total mess. Todd came out immediately to give bid and started right away. He stayed thru past midnight because our freight was being deliver soon. Todd was beyond efficient, considerate, respectful and all around nice guy. I was so impressed with Toddâ s work ethic and attention to detail that we hired him to power wash the outside as well. He and his staff alleviate some much stress for my husband and I. We will hire Todd again in a heartbeat.

I would like to offer my review of Virus Mitigation Services...The company as well as the owner, Todd, are excellent to work with. One of my properties had an instance where someone had tested positive so I called Todd, he was at my building and began treating within a couple of hours. He explained everything from start to finish of what he was about to do, and what each chemical/piece of equipment was. During the time he treated my building over the next couple days he and his team encountered some residents throughout the building. These residents made sure to stop by my office and tell me how polite he was and appreciative of his service. He came back a little later on for a final decon of the higher traffic areas.
