BILL WAS AMAZING!!!! I had reached out ove a month ago on Angi and Bill was quick to respond. He is polite and professional and stayed diligent in keeping in contact with me while patiently waiting for everything to fall.into place. I’m very happy with the work completed. He notified me of an issue that he found so that I could address it, and advised how I could complete the simple task myself to replace the glass shade. I asked him why the fixture looked like it wasn’t hanging straight and he had it adjusted correctly in less than 5 minutes. Knowledgeable, experienced and reasonable.
