We just had our hardwood floors finished in our 1963 home. They turned out gorgeous! We had LVP installed flawlessly in the Kitchen, bathrooms, and downstairs rooms. Alex and his team were professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend them again!

Alex and his team recently completed a challenging hardwood floor job at my own home. I'm extremely pleased with their work on every level and I highly recommend them. Our job was difficult due to lots of patching (where walls had been moved/removed), bleaching and matching wood tones between 40 yr. old red oak & new oak. Two of the four companies I sought bids from declined the job stating there was "too much patching" and "it wasn't possible to match the new & old wood tones." Alex, however, was confident during our pre-bid meeting, that the finished result I wanted could be achieved: making 40 yr. old dark-stained red oak look like natural (unstained) white oak, and matching it to new oak that had already been laid in the 3 new additions! He promptly gave me a reasonable bid & timeline for the work. From the first phone call on day one to schedule a walk-through, Alex made an excellent impression on me, as a man who would not only complete the job well, but as a person I could TRUST. And that TRUST is what cinched the deal in my decision to have Vision Flooring do the project. Throughout the process Alex communicated very well (via email, text & phone), keeping me informed, delivering materials and executing the job as promised, being on-site to manage/assist his team as needed. The guys who work for him are equally skilled, professional and polite in every way. They all went above and beyond in service, quality of work, cleanliness etc, and I will continue using them as my go-to flooring contractor in my design business every every chance I get. Alex the owner is so reliable and professional. His team did very good work at reasonable prices. We had one small issue after completion and Alex came right out and fixed it. We are super happy with our new wood floors!

Alex and his team did a fantastic job installing our floors. He helped walk us through buying the floor from a local distributor and his team did a fantastic job with installation. It took them about 3 days to install the entire downstairs of our house (about 800 sq. ft.). They got the transitions to the carpeted living room just right, too. After they were done, we changed our mind about the closets downstairs (they used to be carpet) and decided we wanted those done with some of the remaining hardwood as well. Alex came out and did those for a reasonable price despite his crew having already packed their tools. When we asked about doing the laundry room, he gave us an honest recommendation. Definitely recommend him and would work with him again.

Alex was great to work with and very professional. Work quality was excellent and workers professional. After sanding down all the floors to original wood, they laid out 10 different colors of stains so we could make a better-informed decision. We left the house for a couple days as they applied the coats of swedish finish - the smell dissipated after a couple days.

I highly recommend Alex and team. We are extremely satisfied with the quality pf work, knowledge, professionalism, price, and punctuality. The floor didn't precisely match the color of the adjacent floor but it is close (as Alex said it would be) and the floor looks 10 times better than it did and looks modern now. Alex & his team were on time, professional, and did a great job installing our floors & stairs. We also had a pony wall built and that turned out well and we wondered why we didn't do that years ago. Hire them you won't be disappointed!!

Alex and his team were amazing! Very professional and punctual. Communication was excellent. They masked off the area so dust from the work didn't fly all over the house. They even took care of moving the refrigerator with an air-sled device that protects the floor. The refinished floors are beautiful. Alex provided more information about on going care of the floors that we've ever received. Who knew that you shouldn't put area rugs back down for 3 weeks? He provided some basic info in an email when they started the work, then sent a multi-page document with detailed information about floor care with the final bill. I would absolutely recommend this company...great value and excellent quality of work.

Alex and his team are superb. They are committed to doing a great job and they deliver with a great product. I had almost all the floors in the house redone. This would normally be very disruptive, but they worked hard to time the work to keep us in the house as long and comfortably as possible. They did work that no other flooring company would do such as: caulking the molding, painting the molding, refinishing the stairs hand rail and moving the furniture in and out of the house. They are really into delivering on the details. The floors are beautiful and I am very glad I got all the carpet out of the house.

I like the final finished installation and I would recommend them to anyone. I was particularly concerned about the creaking noise when walking on the office and hallway floors. After they were finished, the creaking noise is gone.

Vision Flooring did an excellent job. If a rating of 1 to 10 were applied, they would be a 15! They did a great job. We knew well in advance when the job would begin and approximately how long each segment would take. The crew as friendly and well mannered and very timely. We have never experienced anyone in construction being so neat and tidy. Overall the installation of each segment went extremely well and everything was put back to a condition better than it started.

Alex was very knowledgeable and provided the best estimate experience of the vendors we selected for quotes- he also had a very competitive price. He was able to work us in to his schedule in a very timely manner. The job was quite a bit involved but Alex stayed on schedule; the site was maintained in a very clean way each day which was much appreciated as we had to live in the house while he was working for most of the time. Communication was good. The craftsmanship is really spectacular, with framing around the fireplace, etc. We had white oak installed on the entire 1st floor, on the staircase, and upstairs landing, and Alex demo'd the old carpet, laminate, vinyl, and some hardwood that the house had previously. We also had all of the baseboards replaced with taller ones. The final product looks better than we thought it could look, and has proven to be durable to date with two dogs in the house. We did not stain the wood and they used the swedish finish which was the right choice for our home- we are so glad we followed Alex's advice on this as the floors look amazing. The smell went away very quickly, and the floors held up very well without a scratch during a party a week after they were finished. I will recommend this company to all of our friends and family, and will absolutely call them again if we ever need flooring or refinishing.

We were impressed with Alex at our first meeting when he came out to give us an estimate. He asked questions that we had not thought to consider (and the none of the other 3 contracts that came out bothered to ask). He was very clear about work, materials and additional costs. In addition to that is was clear he cared about the quality of his work and the products he used. His price was good and he moved our furniture from room to room during the process which was a big help.The floor looks beautiful. <br />

He did a great job. So, we were there to let them in, watch them do their work, and when they started laying the chemicals we left. They are pros. Alex is a pro. He knows what he is doing. I think the price was reasonable due to all of the hardwood we did. The quality was great. They were very good. They responded right away. They showed up right a 8 and started working the wood. They were very professional.

Everything went according to plan.  Alex came out, did measurements, told us all that was involved and how long the process would take.  We had the estimate and contract the next day.  I'd spent some time reviewing different vendors and after I'd made the decision to go with Vision, found that my next door neighbors had used them the previous year.  I knew they had been impressed with the job they had done.  We opted for an extra coating at the end which meant that two days were spent sanding and preping and another two days to apply the seals.  We had to wait an additional day to get back in the house because of the fumes. <br /> Alex is a real pro.  He didn't take any short cuts, worked diligently, and answered any questions I had.  The floors look better than they did when the house was new, partly because the old stain went away and allowed the natural wood to come through and partly because the work was done to perfection.  Needless to say, we're very pleased. <br />
