VISION LANDSCAPING

Everything they did, they did well. Whenever they did the landscaping, they did it well. But their follow-up and coordinating and me sending them some scope of work, I had to remind them and then they might do it. If I needed it done in two weeks, it might get done a month later. So their follow through was terrible, but the quality of their work was high. They could just follow through with the work and do it sooner. They had a charge per month and they would come out every two weeks. It was $150.

<p>They started out doing a really nice job, however, over time their quality has dropped off.  I have had to remind them several times about trimming bushes and, a number of times, have not mowed all agreed upon areas.  They have gotten a new office manager, who can't seem to get their accounting straight when it comes to additional work requested outside the agreement.  Needed to have some low areas in front yard filled in with soil which was a separate cost.  Did not do it the first year even though we had already paid for the soil and labor.  The next season they claimed they had completed the work, however, we never saw 5 yards of soil in the front yard nor did we see them do the work even though my wife and I were both at home the day they said the work was completed.  They then wanted to charge me again when they finally came out and filled areas with 3 yards of soil.  It was obvious for 3-4 weeks that low areas had been filled in with soil until the grass grew back in.  They tried to give us some lame explanation as to why we previously never noticed that 5 yards had been applied to fill in the same low areas.  </p> <p>Communications between management and their crews is horrible.  You discuss an issue with management and the crews don't correct the issue.  You discuss issues with the crews or office staff and it is miscommunicated back to management if it gets communicated at all.  We always felt their prices were higher than average, however, were willing to pay it as long as the quality was there.  We have now decided the quality is no longer there and we are tired of dealing with all the issues.  We have told them we no longer require their services and will be looking for someone new.</p> <p>To Andrew's credit, he is a very nice guy who always conducted himself in a professional manner and obviously very knowledgeable in his field.  I just believe he needs to employee better quality people if his company is to remain successful.</p> <br />

Asked to get price on several projects in addition to the ongoing lawn care and they never did follow through.

Their price is medium but it's not high. I've hired them outside of service, I've hired them to do projects but what I was saying is what I'm reviewing is the monthly yard service. They also do the fertilizer and the weed treatment. My yard was horrible, I had a crew of non-speaking English people and they were low and keep my grass longer and I swear I don't know what they were doing in my yard. Vision had actually gotten it, plus it has rain in Georgia so I would give Vision an "A".

All went well. They were timely, explained all necessary work and worked with city utility dept to reroute line that had been incorrectly installed many years ago.

They did a good job for the instillation and price on the control system, no issues!

These guys are great! We are very pleased with our property's regular maintenance, and were satisfied with the repairs that they made to our irrigation system. They also addressed some drainage problems that Andrew helped us solve (now our crawl space isn't an indoor pool). We have had Drew work on a landscape plan for our very large and boring yard. Although they had given us earlier estimates on irrigation and seeding, once the extensive plan was drafted, the estimate for the work was way more than we expected. Right now Drew is working on making our plan more budget-friendly, and he's been great in terms of interacting with us about adjustments to the plan. If we use these guys to execute the big two-year plan for our yard, I'll update my report.

I was left completely satisfied with the whole process. Great price, amazing service - I am not sure what else there is to say. I highly recommend Vision Landscaping.

The experience could not have worked better. I told them what we needed and then was able to forget about it. They followed through with the project and were so normal to deal with. This is not the big-time stuck-up design firm. It is a down-to-earth approach to improving physical environments.
