Tech seemed to have predetermined what the problem was, but could find no evidence. After providing a quote for his fix reassembled the dishwasher more broken then when it started and asked for payment. Made him repair it to the existing condition when he arrived, did not go forward suggested repair. Problem turned out to be somewhere they never looked

VK was outstanding! Very efficient and focused. Went to work as soon as he got here and was finished so quickly I was amazed. Work was very high quality and everything work as it was supposed to. VK insisted we try it out before he left and all was functioning correctly. VK took a job several others were afraid to attempt and made it look easy! I would recommend him to anyone in a second.

The end result was good although it took two trips for him to complete the job. After the icemaker was replaced there was still no ice production. Some freon had to be added in addition to changing the ice maker. I was not charged for the second visit. Prompt and friendly service. Received a 90-day warranty on the work done. Ideally, I would have preferred to know about the freon before the icemaker was replaced, however under the circumstances, that was likely not possible.

serviceman arrived within 2 hours and found the pump had several cracks. He was very nice and suggested we seal the cracks.It fixed my problem and everything is working fine.

Very well! He came the very next day, tried the less-expensive way first (which worked and took about 20 minutes), advised me of better ways to work the machine and use the dials. He was very kind, friendly and efficient. I know what machines he works on and he will be my first call in future!

Quality Home Technician Specialists responded same day, installed a Bosch dishwasher without any problems. Home Depot, the retailer who promised to install kept finding reasons it was too difficult (installers-copper pipe, x2 HD plumbers-needed valve welded on). The technician who installed found no need to weld and used less supplies than HD had had us purchase. Great job!! Note Angie's List states repair/install; Quality Home Technician Specialists only install.

The technician Vasyl showed up as scheduled. He rather quickly determined that the seal on the drain pump was bad and the pump needed to be replaced. He quoted me over $180+tax+shipping for the part and something around $185 for the labor. I was originally quoted $250 on the phone to replace the drain pump. I told him that that sounded pretty high and would have to think it over, I paid him $50 for his service call. I was able to find the part on Amazon for $90 with free shipping. I had already taken the pump off once. It is literally a 15 minute job. So his labor was going to be the equivalence of $720 an hour. I did it myself. Won't be calling this company again.

You could have considered something like this if you had taken your time to bring your equipment to us and then taken it back. Then you need to spend time ordering a spare part, go after it, call you to make a second appointment, and come to change. And in addition to all this, we leave a guarantee for the work performed. I am actually very glad that you were able to save money and change it yourself. But we charge for our service not depending on whether you can do it yourself or not, but for our work. As an example, I can cook myself, but when I go to a restaurant, I don’t resent the fact that they sell me dishes for which they spent $ 1 for $ 15. I pay several times more than the cost of the service. No matter what, I thank you for your feedback, and although you wrote that you don’t call us anymore, I will be happy to help you if you need to. Alex did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and replaced a part. Then that did not totally fix the problem, he found a sink valve connected to the dishwasher was corroded. Although a "plumber problem" he went the extra mile to get a new valve from Home Depot and replace it. Now my dishwasher works as good as new. As far as the icemaker, I was told by another appliance repair company that I would have to replace it (for $2500), Alex got the ice maker working within 20 minutes without replacing a part! I highly recommend VK repair!!

I hired VK Appliance Repair to remove an old dishwasher and install a net dishwasher. I bought the new dishwasher from Costco but their delivery device was not able to remove the old dishwasher. VK went above and beyond my expectations. This was a very difficult job.thst required retrofitting cabinets and drain lines. They even hauled away my old dishwasher. I felt like their prices were more than reasonable. I will definitely use them I. The future.
