I want to thank Jose, Master Plumber, and Samuel from Vleyz Maintenance Services LLC for the outstanding job they did in my bathroom. My toilet had a leak at the base, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. They replaced the wax ring and the rusted bolts connecting the toilet tank to the bowl, making sure everything was installed properly and that there were no leaks. I was very impressed with their professionalism, fast service, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Their pricing was fair, and throughout the entire job they were friendly, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s not easy to find contractors who combine quality workmanship, honesty, and reliability. Samuel and his tech showed up perfectly on time. They were curious and professional. They provided me with an estimate before starting the job and did not charge anything extra. I would not hire him again for anything . He did an ok job for me at the apt but I referred him to my cousin and he deceived her. He took her money and did not complete the job. He offered 3years warranty to her for the bad job that he did and when she called him to come in and fix the bad job he did, he did not respond and block her number.
