Good. No permit pulled and was not discussed but in my opinion it should have been.

It was okay, but it was not right. The guy was not very punctual, and he came late. We had to reschedule a couple of times. I refused to pay anymore than $419. At the same time they left some work unfinished because of that. They were saying that they need more time and money to do some of the work. I had to question whether it was something they could have questioned before or not because initially the second time you can do everything, then it's only well within the day when they said sorry we will not be able to finish the work today, either pay more or we stop there. Two people did the work, it was for four hours. It was more about professionalism and customer service. It's great to understand what the customer wants to do and give an appropriate solution, all the while respecting the customer's time, and expectations. My problem was that I ended up having to reschedule several times. On the day they came they were at least an hour late. When they were here, rather than managing my expectations and telling me yes it is possible or no it's not possible, they didn't seem to care. They call me and tell me they are going to leave now, and what do I do. That's not my problem and that's the thing I don't like.

"Ok, go ahead,beat me up,after giving you free advice which prevent your house from burning down after you installed the wrong bulbs in your recessed light in your kitchen. I even gave you 2 free bulbs which I installed in the recessed lights. You're so unappreciative. You could have said thanks instead of bashing me. You got more than your money's worth. We did much more than what you've mentioned. Anyway,you're not worth my precious time,so I will wish you luck and I would not work for you in the future because you were rude and disrespectful by cutting our conversation while I was trying to explain why we could not do more. He was real disrespectful. I didn't use him anymore. He seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave me a list of what needed to be done.

"After i did the whole house inspetion and gave her a comprehensive list of what needed to be done in order to remove the electrical code violations which would amount to $4,500.00 so that she could suit the seller in court.she asked me to return and install a dryer plug for her.So i turned up on an agreed upon time and date only to findout that she was at work. She wanted me to complete the job without knowing if and how i would have been compensated. So i left because she did not notify the baby sitter to expect me. So she called meup trying to get me to turn back which i decided against. I told het thatshe waisted my time which has caused her to getupset. Hence this egregious report."

Mr Houston was very professional he explained everything that needed to be done and the cost for labor and materials. After interviewing other recommended providers I chose his company because he was the most comprehensive and thorough in his estimate and explanation of the work that was needed. Once the permits were issued he was fast with the work. He came out one day earlier than we expected him. He communicated well and I look forward using his company again in the future.

Everything went well. Elroy and team adjusted to the complicated maze from the second floor to the basement. They did a great job and even installed a separate conduit. <br /> Will come back if I have more work needed. <br />

He recommended several changes that we hadn't thought of.. He gave us lots of new ideas. He is very neat and cleaned up after completing the work. We have had Mr. Houston do several projects in our home over the past 2 years. He is a very pleasant, professional, friendly person to work with. He is not pushy and is very fair and reasonably priced. He shows up when he says, calls if there is a change of plans, and just is an all around good guy. He also does HVAC work too and we will have him back to work on that next along with a few other projects we are budgeting for. Very professional and highly recommend! <br />
