I hired VRC Management for my second floor addition. Jozef was great to work with from the start to the successful completion of the project. He helped me with finding the architect and the all the permit process. I would recommend him to anyone would use him again on my next investment property.

Remodelling your new home is not a project to be underestimated. Therefore it is very important to have a team that understands the significance of it. While looking for a Contractor for our 2BHK reconstruction/remodelling in West loop, we wanted someone who would value our choice/time and money. With VRC management, we hit the Jackpot! Not only was Jozef, the owner, super responsive, but his entire team of sub contractors was extremely helpful and accommodative to our choices and timings. With many things going on at the same time, Jozef was able to co-ordinate our preferences and even went the extra mile to help us choose the right materials at the right cost from vendors. Our situation being challenging due to a pregnancy along with a new house, Jozef was considerate to our situation despite the logistical limitations with third party vendors. He even took out the time to drive us to locations inaccessible to regular customers for better pricing on big items. Maintaining the Condo association rules was very critical but their company has good knowledge of it and are respectful of our neighbors comfort. Every project has its ups and downs but one thing is assured with VRC management that they will be by your side even when things get difficult. In the end, we are very happy with the quality of work Jozef and his team have done for us. He does not cut corners and gives advice that is best for your home, even though it may be harder for him to accomplish. We would definitely recommend VRC management for your home project!

Jozef and the VRC management team did an amazing job renovating my kitchen, bathroom and general updating of my condo. They really went above and beyond. Jozef did a great job of communicating about order delays due to covid supply shortages. He really was on top of everything. Jozef was always available to answer questions. They really transformed my home. I look forward to working with him and team again.

I hired VRC management to do my bathroom remodel. They did a great job with a difficult project. Jozef was an excellent communicator, always answering my questions clearly and responding in a timely manner. We had a couple of unforeseen challenges come up in the middle of the project, and I was always kept in the loop and consulted. Very professional and very friendly people

Jozef was amazing to work with. He answered my texts and emails quickly, always on the same day. He stopped at my house everyday to check on the progress and make sure his employees had what they need. He also asked what he could do to help his employees, including getting them something to eat and drink. Jose and Brian worked 6 days straight and I did not see them take breaks. They worked hard and asked for my thoughts as they worked. Even though we had a few hiccups, they figured out how to solve them and now I have a beautiful bathroom. Update: After living with the new room for a few months, I am not as happy as I was hoping to be. The ceiling/paint above the shower is cracking and they came back to fix it, and it just happened again. There are multiple spots in the shower were grout is missing and the tiles on the floor are a little uneven. I was hoping to love it and now I am just focused on things that I will need to fix!

Jozef and the guys are fair businessmen to deal with and extremely skilled workers. My basement and bathroom remodel is gorgeous! They did it right! I ll have them back to do my kitchen and another bathroom soon!

Excellent job, Jozef came out the next day and was able to start my remodel the very next day (I was in a time crunch). He came by everyday to oversee that the project was being done up to his standards, and all the individual contractors who came were very professional demonstrating good knowledge as they got the project done the quickly and effectively. The job required specialty framing, waterproof vinyl tiling, PVC baseboards, overhead lighting, and complex drywall on the walls, ceiling, and soffit. Overall I could not have been happier as he also charged a very reasonable price and was great to work with. I would hire VRC again no hesitation.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. They were on time, extremely professional and incredible workmen. They worked quickly & efficiently and did a great clean up job too. Their friendliness put us at ease during a stressful time. I highly recommend them and would gladly use them again.
