Victor was friendly and very thorough. Victor determined what needed to be done, explained the process and showed me what work was being completed on the dryer. When called initially, the company called me back immediately and appeared to really care about my need as a customer.

Victor came out and looked at what I thought was a leaking dishwasher. He ran it, visually inspected it, and checked for error codes but he couldn't find anything wrong with it except for a wearing gasket along the door that could've been causing the problem. He recommended that I run it a few more times and to call him back to replace the gasket if the leak returns. No charge except for the $49 service call.

I had problems with my refrigerator shutting off and powering up by itself. The VR service technician did a complete diagnosis of my refrigerator, researched the issues and saw I needed a new motherboard. They replaced the original and my refrigerator is working beautifully. Very professional service, didn’t try to oversell me on the repairs and excellent customer care. I highly recommend them for any repairs needed in the home.

Excellent service! I would highly recommend. Our dryer was taking more than one cycle to dry clothes and, being a fairly new machine, we suspected the vent needed cleaning, oh were we right! They came in and did a wonderful job. Very professional and thorough. Our vent was through the roof and they showed us how much lint came out, we would never had been able to do it ourselves safely.

Excellent, I should have started with angies list first, but I used a 24 hour repair Service APlus appliance and repair, got ripped off.Dont Ever Call them. Any how I called Roxana at Appliance experts, she was awesome and had Nicolas come out the next day, he was so professional told me it was the compressor, and it was. I had purchased an extended warranty and got repaired. These guys are the real deal. I would use them again for my other appliances.

.He came out, he didn't have the part but he was out the next morning. It took about 20 minutes to do it. I had nothing to complain about with them. I would use them again. The day I called, they came out that day and they were back first thing next morning. I would highly recommend them. The workers were fine.
