I called Vultron to supply and install a security camera system for our house. Lashaun was very informative over the phone, and we set up the appointment for the installation. Lashaun arrived on time, and got right to work. We also had a substantial landscaping project underway, but Lashaun and his associate Thomas worked around the other workers that were at our house, breaking out the hard hats when tree branches came down near them. After the installation was complete, Lashaun walked my wife an I through the operation of the system until we were familiar with the process. A definite bonus. I am very impressed with the professional look of the camera system and the work done on the installation. There are no visible wires, and the fields of view capture all the entrances to our house. I would recommend Vultron Inc. to friends and family, and intend to call them again for any needs that we have in their areas of expertise.

Couldnt have gone better. Expert knowledge, great customer service. Appt was at 9am, he was there at 9am on the dot. Super clean and offered several suggestions on ways to improve my set up. Showed me several things about the TV I had delivered that I didnt even know existed. Goes above and beyond. Installed 3 flat screen tv's, hid all wires, relocated three cable boxes to closets, added electrical where needed. <br /> Best part about Vultron is you can send him pictures of your place and he will provide a quote without coming out! No need to set up multiple appointments. I asked for a weekend install and he was more than willing! It is always great working with local small businesses, you def get that personalized touch. <br /> <br /> <br />

Mr. Mack promptly responded when I contacted him, and he provided us a written estimate the next day. He patiently answered all of our questions and explained exactly what he would do. We selected him because it was clear that he takes pride in his work plus his estimate was less than quoted by his competitors. <br /> We were impressed with how he expertly positioned our cameras and installed a top notch surveillance system that we use at (and away) from our home. His team worked non-stop throughout the day and left our home just as clean as they found it. We plan to use him again on a future project and highly recommend him to others seeking a professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. <br />

A gentleman named Mr Mack responded immediately to my phone call. I was so happy to hear from him because other providers never returned my call. I told him what I wanted and that I needed the work done quickly. I sent him an email on Friday and I hoped I would hear from him to set up something this week. Well to my surprise when I checked my mail on Monday morning....he said he could come out that day! <br /> He scheduled me so quickly I did not have time to buy the TV mounts myself as I had planned! <br /> He assured me he had everything he needed and arrived on Monday and quickly got to work. <br /> He was efficient and courteous. He even provided some suggestions for my other AV needs in the house. <br /> I would use him again in a heartbeat <br /> <br /> <br />

Lashawn did an excellent job. His work is very impressive. Everyone who has seen my new mounted TV and console have been very impressed. He mounted a 46' TV with a swivel mount, relocated cable outlet, assembled and hung a wall mounted audio/video console. He was very accomodating as I had to reschedule my appointment more than once! He wore shoe covers and was very conscientous about being neat and keeping his work area clean. He even helped me move my old TV down to my basement. Two thumbs up!!! <br />

These guys are phenomenal! <br /> I called and spoke with someone named Lashaun. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explained everything well. He asked me to take a picture of the area where i wanted the TV installed. I emailed it to him while we were on the phone. Using the picture I sent he told me exactly how much the job would cost, how long it would take and what to expect . <br /> A few hours later two guys arrived right on time just like the Lashaun promised. Everyone was clean cut and well spoken. I felt really good with how they looked and how they handled me. <br /> The work was done quickly and the guys explained everything they were doing while they were working. When they finished they showed me how everything worked, and cleaned up behind themselves. <br /> <br /> <br />

LaShaun arrived and promptly got to work. He did an excellent job mounting the two televisions, installing additional electrical outlets and moving existing outlets to improve aesthetics. This is my second time utilizing his services and I would gladly recommend him to anyone seeking a truly professional installation. <br />

I was very happy with the TV installation. It was easy for me and I have exactly what I want. The two workers who did the installation were very professional and fast. When I changed my mind about where I wanted the TV (after it had already been installed), they moved it with no extra charge. Pricey, but worth it.

I spoke to LaShaun on a Friday before Labor Day weekend and begged for his assistance to set up a tv in a new house. I sent him a few pictures of the where the tv needed be hung and where I needed wires fished. He told me he was booked all day Saturday but would fit me in for Saturday late afternoon between 3pm and 4pm. He arrived shortly after 5pm, inspected what needed to be done for about half-and-hour and decided to do the work. He did an amazing job of "fishing" the wires through the wall from one room to another with as minimal damage as possible. LaShaun was very professional and spent over 5 hours on the entire job and refused to compromise perfection for time (although he didn't leave until after 11:30pm). Although I was ready to go to bed and get him out of my house; he refused to leave until the job was done and made sure everything was clean and working as expected. I would highly recommend this company and specifically LaShaun and will use again the future.

I was somewhat satisfied. He showed up 20 minutes late which was really no big deal. The job took longer than what was stated for a total of 5 hours. He did not have enough HDMI cables for all three TV's but overall I am satisfied with his work. <br /> <br /> In response to the company's response, They did a great job, was very professional, and I am satisfied with the quality of work he provided, I just wasn't expecting it to take that long. As for the HDMI cable, that was a miss understand on the type of cables and length I needed for where he was going to install the T.V.s. Again he did a great job and I would definitely use him again in the future. I believe our problems could have been solved with better communication. This was the first time I used this type of service, and I really didn't know what to expect. Thank you for your feedback.

"The member was a great customer and yes I was late. I provided several phone calls to the member many of which were unanswered, stating that I was running behind from a previous install. He said it was fine. In this business you have time over runs. One thing I do not under stand is the comment about me not having enough HDMI cables. Per our agreement including HDMI cables was not part of the original installation quote. If I had agreed to bring HDMI cables they would have been on site. The reason the whole HDMI thing even came up was because I was trying to get him the best possible picture on his TV. He was trying to use composite av cable(the red,white & yellow ones). So I provided him with the quantity of cables that I had. And last but not least. It took longer than he expected. If I showed you pictures of the install you would understand why. Vultron prides ourselves on quality work and I won't rush when detail is involved. Either way the member received a great install and underpaid for it. That's just my 2 cents.
