Overall very pleased. Nandan was very prompt and responsive from the beginning and very clear and communicative of the work involved, estimates etc. His quote was very competitive. He kept me in the loop when the equipment was delivered as well as installation dates. On the date installation went smoothly and he clearly explained any unexpected things he encountered. At the end of day AC is function well and am pleased with the experience.

Nandan is very responsive , and done work very professionally , we did our composite Trex deck and kitchen with him , have good knowledge of construction process and township codes, you will not disappoint to hire him.

Nandan has always been very helpful for various projects and great for HVAC work too. His quoted price was better than the other estimates we got and he also exhibited a lot of flexibility in terms of changing the equipment and giving us a new estimate for better equipment after checking with the suppliers. He also came back to check on an issue with the humidifier after he was already paid in full, something that is a challenge with lots of other companies. We now have a higher efficiency furnace and air conditioner which are working well for us.

He actually worked on a Sunday and didn't charge a premium for it. I was actually able to leave the house because I trust him.

Mr. Nandan Vyas arrived on time on the agreed-upon date with two workers to start the three-day job. On the first two days, the tub was removed, a layer of tile all around and just above the tub was removed, a concrete subfloor for the shower was created, and floor and wall tiles were placed. Unfortunately, the area allocated to the shower was too narrow, but after examining it, Mr. Vyas had it corrected. After a period of drying, on the third work day, the new floor tiles and replacement wall tiles were grouted, and shower doors installed. Mr. Vyas was kind enough to have his workers install a bidet sprayer on the toilet, which was not part of the job. Overall, the work was satisfactory and timely, and the price was reasonable.

Nandan has a very professional as well as cost efficient way of working on things. He explained the repair work and what are the things needed. He chose the most cost efficient option. He and his team started working when he promised. All work was done extremely professionally. I will recommend him and his team any day for all the work. If he can not do the work he can suggest other professional.

I was initially pleased with the work. He appeared to be very professional. Since last April when the work was completed I have had nothing but problems with the kitchen and reaching the company. The first time I contacted him was on August 14th. He said that he was extremely busy in the summer and he would contact me soon. I contacted him again in January and he never responded. The problems I have with the kitchen are minor and wouldn't take him long to fix but I simply cannot get a hold of him. Problems include: Cabinet Doors that won't close Grout falling out of backsplash Grout is gone from joints around sink Loose electrical plates, attempting to tighten does not work You can see the joints in the molding at the top of the cabinet

Everything went very smoothly. Nandan and his team were courteous, polite, on time, and the new AC unit works great.

The work was done diligently, was well planned in advance, and was completed efficiently.

I hired Nandan Vyas to replace my furnace and for other remodeling work. He was exactly what I was looking for - reasonable price, does not compromise on quality, perform job on time and explains everything to your satisfaction. He has been one stop shop for us whenever there is any home renovation need. We got lot of renovations done in our primary residence and can't praise him enough for his work and guidance he provided throughout the process. Positives: 1. It was wonderful. They worked very professionally and also they are very economical. The guy has VERY good knowledge on HVAC systems. He guided me from buying the right system through installation.

My air conditioning stopped working and the approaching week was going to be very hot so I was worried. I got a few estimates and Nandan's estimate was the most reasonable. He was also the only one who would be able to get it installed soon. Nandan was able to order a new air conditioner and get it replaced on a sunday so that we would be able to cool the house. He was prompt and efficient. Very pleasant to work with and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

The project was well managed by Mr Vyas. The completion was in a timely manner. There were few instances where Mr Vyas provided valuable suggestions and assisted in the project progress when we hit slight roadblock. The best part is the crew is punctual everyday.

Nandan was, for a start, very responsive from the moment we contacted him.  If he didn't pick up up the phone when we called, he would call back as soon as he freed up.  He would text and call back even late nights and weekend, unlike most other contractors.  This was extremely helpful to us as we needed his clarification to get materials over the weekend. <br /> His quote blew away the competition and was extremely competitive.  He provided access to a couple of other projects (with permission from the owners) he was working on so we could see his completed work and /or his work in progress.  So you did not have to guess his quality of work or his working style. <br /> He earned our trust very quickly and we did not have any concerns allowing him to work while we were away at work.  He would arrive just before we left and would lock the door on his way out.  When we arrived back home everything was cleaned up with no mess left behind.  He followed our instructions clearly regarding disposal, ie, recycling vs garbage. <br /> He provided useful and cost saving suggestions at the start of the project if he thought we should be aware of it without being overbearing.  We took him up on those suggestions and we are glad we did.  E.g., we were having difficulty finding the right bullnose tiles as we could not find the right match.  He suggested using aluminum molding which proved to be a perfect match for our project and also proved very inexpensive.  Despite our prior extensive experience with other remodeling projects, we were unaware of the aluminum molding. <br /> Since our bathroom was over 30 years old some measurements ended up increasing his work significantly.  E.g., the toilet rough was 9.5" and you do not find a new toilet with this measurement anymore.  The toilet we had purchased did not fit.  He researched this issue and provided us information how to get the right toilet. <br /> The work was very good and the bathroom came out looking better that we had imagined.  Nandan fixes things when he sees something wrong.  He likes to perform a great job.  He only took the full payment AFTER we were satisfied with his work.  Most contractors take a good chunk of money before they start!  In short we are very satisfied with his work and have no hesitation in getting him back for more work in future. <br />
