TERRIBLE. UNSAFE. HEALTH RISK. WEIRD THINGS GROWING IN MY POOL. I recently hired this company to maintain my pool. That was a huge mistake. The water quality of my pool got so bad that it caused my family members to break out in rashes. This was caused from the PH levels being to high. My water was so bad that calcium carbonate started to grow on the surface of my water. I showed a picture of this to Pinch a Penny and they were in absolute shock. They said, they have never seen this in a pool before. Needless to say, I fired this company immediately. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you value your health and your families health, I would stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I hired Jayson because they responded promptly and was able to come the next day a Sunday(wow) well he came back Monday to finish pool treatment $309 was paid fir treatment and remainder of the month pool service 8/7/23 well 8/14 came I received chlorine in a tub at my look gate. He did call and tell me he left it there I told him I was home he should have call for me to open the gate. On 8/21 I just got a tub of chlorine no cal text or four bell ring. On 8/28 still no pool service and now he does not answer my xsll
