Had new drainage run from back of house to street. Crew arrived at the designated time and had the entire job completed in less than a day. Crew was respectful of property and left the area cleaned up. Did not completely tear up the yard as some places do. Dug a nice channel, placed the drainage pipe, and covered. Had no issues or complaints. Very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

The crew from Basement Doctor were excellent. They were very professional and courteous. They were careful about walling off areas of the basement that weren’t impacted. We have not had a problem with the leak since then. Absolutely great job.

Basement Doctor did a superior job on installing a sump pump in my garage. They were efficient, professional ,caring and aimed to please. They went above and beyond what I expected. Left my area clean and tidy to where there was little to no things to clean up after them. I will highly recommend this company and team of workers to anyone seeking help with water problems. Dennis and Rob did an excellent job raising my front step and leveling the sidewalk. Both were courteous and professional as I watched how they did this, as I had never seen this done before.

We received three quotes for our patio lift. Two companies told us the patio was beyond repair. The Basement Doctor salesman strongly disagreed and was extremely confident their proprietary process/technology would fix the problem. Unfortunately, the work resulted in two new large cracks, and the patio still could not be lifted to level ground due to the risk of additional cracking. While the technician was polite and apologetic, the outcome was nowhere near the expectation or the description provided by the salesman. Sharing this as a caution for anyone considering similar work.

They are good and knowledgeable. Maybe a little pricey but the work speaks for itself

I had a very mixed experience with this contractor. The man who came to do the estimate was very friendly and professional. He sold me on getting more expensive "carbon armor" to reinforce a cracked cinderblock foundation wall as opposed to cheaper steel i-beams because of the nature of our repair, the location of some water pipes, and the proximity to our gas line, Then, when the crew showed up to do the work, the foreman tried to sell me on putting in steel beams for the same price as our original "carbon armor" estimate, stating that the beams were actually more expensive, which is a lie and exactly the opposite of what I was originally told. I can only imagine he tried to do this because he did not want to have to work with the more labor-intensive and toxic materials involved with the "carbon armor." Very disappointing. For the price I paid over estimates from their competitors, I expected not to be swindled as such.

Very experienced best price for the work being done with great warranty

Very professional and very courteous. I was amazed at how they could raise the many patio slabs that had sunk up to 3 and a half inches without cracking. They stabilized the areas around my pool deck and leveled the pad that holds the 500 pound sand filter. Cleaned the job and filled the holes to where you have to look close to find them. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and courteous upon arriving at my home. We review the process of the work to be done, took my suggestions as workable and started the work. Workers arrive on time and work on the tasks at hand. One suggestion taken, saved me time, material, money. One minor problem develop, hoping to solve that today.

They came to do the job quicker than originally told but they got the work order confused and had to come twice to finish the job I do wish that they repaired the ceiling but they don't do that kind of work
