Wayne was great!! Very responsive, he called me within 30 minutes and was able to schedule the home inspection the next morning. Being that I am an out of state investor, I had to rely on Wayne and his expertise and he came through. He pointed out a few areas of concern and recommended I get a specialist to dig deeper (roof and electrical). I would 100% recommend and use Wayne’s services again.

Wayne did a great job on my home inspection. He promptly returned our call and was able to work around my crazy schedule. He made what I thought was going to be complicated simple, due to his vast knowledge and ability to explain the process in simple terms. His ability to put me at ease with his positive energy was awesome. He really cares about his clients and it shows. He surpassed my expectations and was able to promptly get my report to me and assure me that my home was safe for my beautiful sons.

Words cant explain how satisfied I am with my inspection. The process was fast and very thorough. The inspector himself was extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained all findings in a way that I could understand. I really felt like I was learning from a family member and that he really cared about making sure my home was in tip top shape. I recieved an actual copy of the results promptly and I left this process reassured that not only the quality of my home was moving in the right direction but that my family would be safe going into the home.
