The installers were friendly and did great work. My project took approx 4 months due to 2 different types of flooring and the ordering process/acclimation period. Communication between the office and field personnel could improve as quote persons stated we couldn’t do a project as requested per their supervisor. The installers suggested the original request instead of the larger project the supervisors wanted. I am waiting to hear back from the office about a refund on unused untouched material, but have so far been told it can’t be returned. All individuals I have spoken to are friendly and understanding, but my recommendation is to be firm and clear about expectations.

They wanted full payment up front so I hesitantly paid them even though I wanted to pay half then the rest when they were done. They didn’t have a part to finish on the first day and said they would be back in a couple days. I had to call the next week to schedule a second day. They knew they were missing parts and didn’t communicate that to me ahead of time. We waited over a month for the job to be finished. They sent one guy back over to do our stairs and he worked until 7pm. We were very thankful for him but he rushed the last few steps so he could get back home to his family which is understandable but he shouldn’t have to do it by himself. The seal on the steps is now cracking just a couple months after installation. I asked what they were willing to do since it took so long and they never reached out to me after the job was done. I don’t recommend them at all

We decided to update our hallway by replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring. Although we encountered a few issues during the process, Wagner stood behind their work and made everything right. We appreciate their commitment to customer service. Recommended.

From the booking call with Kelly, to the initial consultation with Alan and all the way through to installation with the Sunshine Floor Team - we had a really wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, this company is run with integrity, and staffed by good people. We couldn't be happier, and Wagner Floors really made the space for our baby's nursery beautiful! The Sunshine floor team did our installation: The gentlemen did such a great job!!! 👏🏽 They arrived early and got the job done in great time. Very professional and courteous experience across the board.

Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? This exact issue shows up in other reviews, so clearly this isn?t an accident ? it?s a pattern. See the rest on Google. To long to post full review on this platform.

They were on top of it called me. Asked me if a certain day was good I told them could we change to a day I had off they said of course. Carpet guys were also great. They did forget to hook my closet door up. A bit fustrating but I also didn't notice. But they took the time to clean the floors than lay new padfing than carpet. All 3 of those guys came out didn't mess around got job done 1 day and it was alot.

Overall very good; had only 2 issues; the carpet was cut to narrow of the basement stairs & an extra piece had to be added; the installers accidently cut the phone line. Both issues were addressed promptly & without complaint

They did an amazing job in a timely fashion.

Many companies have a minimum they will have to charge for them to come out. This company's minimum happened to be $750 and the repair only cost $450. But they were so willing to work with me that we ended up being able to re-grout the shower as well and that brought the total up to the desired amount and they even gave me a discount so the final amount was only about $730 or so. They did amazing work and did so quickly. They turned my creaky stares into quite clouds of freshness that I get to walk up and down daily. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to give a tip to the actual flooring guy because the ticket was closed after the tile guy came through. They both deserved it and I will be using Wagner Floors for all of my future repairs and re-carpeting.

Everything was great except for the saw dust left on the gravel outside the front door. They even disposed of our old toilet.

They did an excellent job, were very thorough, and cleaned up when they were done.

These are really good people, others will say anything to get your business but do they back it up. I had a great experience with Wagner and so will you. They offer great prices too! I would hire them again.

Super communicative and got the project done even though I live out of area, and it took me 2 months to decide to actually do the project!

It was good

The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors.

Wagner flooring was supportive and responsive from start to finish. I appreciated the assistance and timely advice followed up by supportive and professional crew conducting the work. The final product is quite impressive and everyone who visits comments on the quality of the work.
