My hot water heater started to leak. Mike came the next day and replaced the heater. He was prompt, professional and efficient. I would recommend his service.

Mike was very informative over the phone and when he came out we verified everything and he was able to start and finish within a timely matter with the assistance of Eli (his polite helper) He even went as far as to answer questions I had a day after the work was performed. Would hire again

My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I have 4 kids, work a full time job & a part time job, and go to school full time. Mike was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few photos (we knew it needed to be replaced due to where it was leaking from...this was an expected replacement). While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler. They were in & out in under 2 hours and everything is now working perfectly. We chatted a bit about other small plumbing issues I've had, that I'll definitely hire them for. Thanks for everything!

I was out of the country for a few weeks and came home to a heavily leaking water heater. Went to the box store first and trusted my instinct to not have them 'send a guy'. i wanted a real licensed plumber to review this and am really glad I did. Mike came out the next day and had my new water heater installed before noon, plus answered my questions on several other projects. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Mike twice now, last time for a sump pump replacement and water heater flush. Did great work and takes the time to explain what is going on. I don’t feel like he’s trying to upsell services to me like some other plumbers. Highly recommend.

Mr. Wagner should be the first plumber you should call, my previous hot water tank failed and he replaced it with a more reliable one, he and his assistant did the work in good time and when I got home from work there wasn't a drop on the floor or dirt, I called someone else but that person pretty much acted like they didn't care and never contacted after the 2nd visit from them, which is why I wished I had called Wagner and Sons the first time.

Simply put,in Mike we trust. He diagnosed our issue immediately, replaced our water heater and other troubleshooting. Now our water is piping hot, running smooth and clean! We have a 90 year old home, they don’t build them like this anymore and I’m not shopping around. When I need service again and I certainly will, Wagner & Sons is the only one I’ll call. Thank you!

Mike was very responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He diagnosed the problem with our sewer drain right away and was able to come out within the next week. Mike called me first when needing a plumber during Thanksgiving weekend. He came out right away. He unplugged the toilet and fixed a leaking toilet valve. I highly recommend him.

Mike and Son came for this broken water pipe. They are great! They were able to do the job quickly and right. I know I'll need more later so I will be calling them again. Mike is clearly experienced and respects someone who likes to DIY and repair things independently, but knows their own limits. My faucet works like new, doesn't leak, and is much easier to turn the handle now!

If there were 10 stars, Mike would get 10. Panicked, I called, he answered, multiple times. I counted at least 30 calls/texts to him over a 4 day span. It was a collapsed sewer pipe next to my deck. He helped me through it, calmly, reasonably priced, called in his crew, got permits, and gave me his confidence. What more can you ask for? Oh, did I mention him coming out on a SUNDAY, RAINING, LEAVING A FAMILY EVENT, to bring me a pump to help with the excess water in basement? Did I mention him offering to come shop-vac the uck out because I was freaking out? Did I mention how quickly and reliably he responded? Can't say enough!!!

Mike and his son were great. He called me on Thursday, told me what it would cost and then showed up when he told me he would. In less than 45 minutes we had a new water heater installed and they were ready to leave. Very professional and very nice. He told my husband how to do the maintenance a couple times a year. If I need any other type of plumbing I will be contacting him again.

Needed two leaking hot water tanks replaced. Wagner & Sons was immediately responsive, gave me a full quote over the phone with a couple pictures, and showed up and installed NEXT DAY! Best service and best price, period! Everyone else insisted on me spending the day at home while a "Tech" (high pressure salesman) trapesed through my house giving me quotes that were 20-50% higher for same products!

Wagner plumbing did a great job. They were professional and when we called they immediately called back to address concerns. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
