"Unfortunately we have no control over how quick the warranty company furnishes the parts. The customers always has the choice to take there cash out and get it repaired a lot quicker. We go through this with every customer we do not furnish parts the warranty companies don’t allow it."
"The customer was told from the beginning that in order to get the proper seal because his house was built around the unit, we would need to cut into the sheet rock. He didn't want to do that told us to install anyways. So, we installed as asked and everything was fine a week or so later, he started having a small leak so we told him again we needed to open a hole in order to seal it properly he cut a small hole on one side we advised him we should do it on both sides again he said no. A short time later the other side started leaking so we went back and done the same process and finally got it done had he listen the first time none of this would have happened. Far as the heaters when we installed his units 15k heaters were not available and he was aware of this he wasn't not charged for them. When he called in dec i told him we would be happy to take care of his problem as soon as we came back from vacation, we take off the Christmas and new year's week. I also told him there would be no charge for his inconvenience we would do it for free to call me Jan 3rd we would be back in office i never heard from him again. The people he really should be upset with is the company that charged him 500 for the heaters they only cost 150."
"When the system was quoted i quoted carrier\rheem and told him it just depended on what was available at the time. We did have trouble getting there as he stated had a tech get sick so that is true. We installed the system " Rheem " not a generic brand once installation was complete, he decided he didn't want that one so i was frustrated because once it's installed, we have to keep it and can't resale as new. He could have said something at any time we were installing but chose to wait till the end. AC units do not come with filter's and should be changed once a month."
"Customer had a problem that was resolved over the phone but wasn't satisfied with the answer she was given. Then she wanted to take off 200 from the bill because of some work she wasn't happy with from a guy i referred to her. Then she proceed to cuss and fuss over it. I tried to explain that there were no longer paperwork on the warranties it was all done electronically (that's not me that's the manufacturer) and when she disputed the payment i did tell her we would file theft of services on her> Which is normal practice when someone doesn't pay there bill. She did receive a invoice at the time of sale with all the information including warranty info but wasn't satisfied with that either."
