We are licensed contractors working in the Los Angeles and Ventura areas for over 40 Years. We believe in quality work and customer satisfaction. Our jobs are neat, clean and performed by skilled technicians so things are done in a timely manner with better results. Job after job we achieve an end result that's on schedule and completed with customer satisfaction. We are fully insured with liability and work comp, which eliminates the burden of liability for the homeowner. Many companies seem to have forgotten how important insurance is for their customers. For these reasons we work for some of the best interior designers and contractors in Southern California.

Andy was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Danny, the installer, did a fantastic job. My only complaint is that he left his setup in the middle of the living room overnight, which was disruptive and unsafe for my toddler. But, the quality of the work was excellent, and it was done efficiently. I would use Wallpaper Down again.

Very friendly at initial contact. I trusted his credentials. His worker was on time and ready to work. He was friendly as well. He ran into a situation where there was paint and another layer of wallpaper under the paper I had applied 20 years ago. He discussed my options, before continuing with the work. Once I decided, he just got to work. He completed the job in the promised time frame. I will enthusiastically recommend Wallpaper Down to my friends!

Wallpaper Down was the only one with his own insurance. The service was prompt and the workman did a great job of cleanup when done. The estimate was reasonable and it was done in one day.

We had to clean up lots of paste from our wooden floor after the job finished. Also the freshly painted ceiling had paste smudges.

"I spoke to his wife the 2nd day and she was extremely pleased. My installer was there 3 days and they never noticed anything or mentioned anything. The 3rd day was only a half day and if they saw something we would have been glad to clean it had we knew. Sorry; let us know and we'd be back for you."

The wallpaper removal was excellent however the cleanup left much to be desired. Every surface was sticky from the windows, mirror, countertops, etc, even doorknobs.

Andy was very professional, always called and followed up, confirming our appointment. He wen tout of his way to accommodate our schedule. His team left the house immaculate (and over half the house was wallpaper). I would not hesitate recommending them.

Company showed up as promised but wallpaper could have been removed better with less damage to walls. I had to pay a cpmpany to come in a give the room an entire light coat of plaster to get it smooth and even again. Also things like my switches and controls were left with glie and film on them and not left clean. I was not impressed on seeing the finished work.

"These walls were not sealed very well over the drywall. The original texture put on these walls in the begining does not stop water from getting through to the drywall. When the walls are not sealed water gets in. If the walls were primed this would solve this problem. When we find the problem, almost immediately, we make it a point to apprise the customer and let them know the walls will take a toll. If walls were always primed before hanging the water stops at the paint and the paper pushes off and does not hurt the walls, if not it makes the walls soft and hurts the wall."

I highly recommend this company. They gave the estimate over the phone, and I really chose them only by price. They were here on time. The job was done really well and super fast (not sure if that is the normal speed of putting wallpaper, as this was my first time). The job is beautiful, flawless and I am very happy with the results!
