<p>Very disappointed in my experience with Walls. After the job was complete and paid for, I still had a gap under my front screen door, the side covering is popping out of the newly installed door frame, rear door does not stay closed during some days and because of the loose installation, blows wide open in the wind. Water still penetrated to the new back door (until I took it upon myself to caulk the top that had not been done but was paid for). At my request, they took a damaged siding sample from our home in order to match it for another job we were going to hire them for but then they never contacted us again. After weeks of looking at an exposed area of our house and with no word from Walls, I finally replaced all of the siding myself. When I called to politely register my concerns for a job that does not appear to be satisfactory or fully functional, I was asked to call back in a few days if I don't hear from someone.</p> <p>Making it my responsibility to contact them again if I don't hear from them only confirmed for me that the lack of commitment to satisfied customers was quite different than what I had experienced elsewhere. Making the disappointed customer the responsible party for following up when you violated their trust and confidence, only served to upset me further. I paid too much to have to work this hard to simply get what we paid for in the first place. And yes, you guessed it... we didn't hear from anyone since then. The issues with the doors remain to this day as a reminder of the very poor workmanship.  I had expected a higher level of service and ethics... or even customer care.</p> <br />

They came and gave an estimate, coordinated with me and the insurance company, performed services above expectation. Everyone was very polite and professional. I'm going to use them again soon. <br />

They got the job done in a couple of hours. They sent one person out to do the job. The worker was very professional and did a good job. The cleanup was excellent and the scheduling was great.

They were fast, efficient, and CLEAN. Very professional. Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable. <br />

We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room.  In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of.  The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.  Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with.

They did a good job and I was very happy with what they did.

2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs. <br />

I bought a $99 coupon for $200 worth of services.  So bill would have been $425 without the coupon.   <br /> Walls was very responsive once I bought the coupon.  Weather did delay the date of service but they came through and got it done before our first snow fall. <br /> <br />

Everything ran smooth and they came in under budget. It is nice to have a handyman service that is professional and honest.  They really took their time to make sure that they knew the source of the leak and that they had it sealed.  They also advised me of the possibility of more storms tomorrow and offered to clean out the gutters while they were there for a very fair price.  Sense having my knee replaced I don't do roofs anymore; well I know who I can call now.  Again thanks Walls Construction and Handyman Service, no more roof leaks or gutters clogged.

After our first contractor left us high and dry, our friends recommended Angie's List.  She told us about how the providers who belong to Angie's List are responsible and professional, so we asked her to give us a name of a handyman and construction service. That is when we were introduced to Walls Construction and Handyman Service.  We contacted them last Friday and their receptionist was very responsive and professional and made us feel at ease and asked if she could send over their field rep that evening due to our circumstance.  Their field rep came over Friday evening after work hours to look at what we needed done and was very professional too.  They allowed us to use our tile we had already purchased.   They showed up Monday morning Oct 8 at 9 AM as promised and completed the job beyond my expectations.  We will be booking future work with them to complete some other projects we have long been waiting for.  Thanks Angie's List. What a great service and thanks Walls Construction and Handy man service. A happy wife is a happy house :)

Walls Construction and Handyman Service gave me a fair estimate for the project.  The crew showed up at the agreed time and started work promptly.  The porch was completed on time and at the quoted price.  The crew was very professional and cleaned up after the work was complete.  I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and the professionalism of this company.
