Photos speak a thousand words, but I?ll provide some context. This ?job? was performed not to my satisfaction. Joe Taylor , the owner, replied to my concerns that aesthetics is not part of the contract and that the roof no longer leaks (it hasn?t rained in weeks and the material is clearly and visibly damaged so his assessment is foolish to say the least).

The completed work was a basic patch that fell well below reasonable expectations, as shown in the photos. When I raised my concerns, Joe Taylor, the owner of Walsh Roofing, stated that the task has been completed because a repair using all new materials would have cost more and that I likely would have cancelled the work. I asked for a reasonable price for a proper repair?not a low-cost, extremely substandard solution. The photos speak for themselves. Now, I can either pay the amount quoted for this 'job' and have another person who is qualified and honest do the job correctly (pay twice for one correct outcome) or not pay Walsh Roofing and have my account referred to a collection agency as Joe has threatened to do AND still find and hire a qualified and honest person to perform the repairs.
