Above and beyond on all counts. Couldn't be more pleased.

Pretty well. Walter was anxious to start and they got the outside stucco, trim and repairs done quickly and well. The house looks very nice. The job took about a month. The inside did not go quite as smoothly. I did not know from day to day which rooms the painters were going to be in, so it made planning difficult for getting things out of their way--paintings off the walls, clothing out of the closets--things I prefer to do myself. The painters did not appear to be used to doing alot of work inside houses in which the owners were living and were not quite as careful as I would have liked. The sheet rock repair was well done and the paint looks good. They tended to borrow some of our tools and things from the garage to do work without asking, but were honest. Clean up wasn't quite as good as i would have liked. Walter was easy to get a hold of but communication with Walter did not always appear to get to his crew. When things came up on the job, and they always do, he was easy to work with. Over all, I would hire them again, but more heavily supervise the inside work. I was not home during the day.

Talks real good about the job he is going to do but doesn't support his subcontractors. They were calling me because they couldn't get in touch with Walter. I ended up taking over the project and letting Walter go.

Was pleased with the quality of the work. Price was good. Did not always know when the crew would show. Had to ask.

Good. House looks nice.

Carpet and Tile install were good - no issues noted. Painting was sub-par, did not adequately prime and prep walls so old paint is now bleeding through, paint on baseboards is peeling- also left an excessive amount of overs-pray on fireplace and light fixtures. Agreed to do a final make-ready clean but did not follow through and argued that he did not agree to a final clean, only a basic clean-up. Improperly reinstalled toilets resulting in them not flushing correctly, then proceeded to argue that they were broken and need to be replaced. Communication from Walter was poor and was often difficult to work with. Insisted on being paid via wire transfer which cost me $$ every time I had to do it. I had asked him multiple times to let me know in advance how much he would need on Friday so I could get a check out to him in advance – which he not once did. He did however contact me on multiple occasions on a Friday demanding to be transferred the money (same day) as he needed to pay his crew. He would say or agree to things over the phone and then later on forget state that he did not recall the conversation. He was late to essentially every appointment or meeting we scheduled. He stated that he warranties his work for a year however it takes multiple calls and follow ups to actually get him back out. Still waiting for him to come address the toilets despite three calls to him over the past two weeks. Walter seems to be a nice guy and evidently is what is getting him by but would not recommend him.

it went great Mr Solis quickly captured my vision and made it happen Communication was great as well

Was extremely happy with the results I wasn't sure about what colors would go good together and theyou helped me selected a nice modern color scheme.

Quality of work was great . The finish work was amazing we hardly blue taped anything on final touch up . Walter was able to always answer our calls so he was very responsive . There was always some one working at our job site .

the most important thing that I like was the communication that he provided through the whole aspect of the job . <br /> the crews were professionals and his supervisor was always coming by checking up on the crews . <br /> the quality of the work was excellent and precise to the description that we gave him . all our work was written in paper and followed in order . <br /> over all it was made to be an easy job because of the commjnication that I had with walter and his crews . <br />
