"We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way regarding your service. I do want to remind that with it being an emergency call on a weekend in the middle of a snow storm the service charge was told over the phone before anyone was ever sent out to your property and you agreed to this pricing before anyone was ever sent to your home which could have been denied if you didn’t feel comfortable with it so in no way do we take advantage of our customers when you are free to deny our services. Ronald also gave you the information that because your water heater was under warranty with the company that installed it(Wambo’s Waterworks did not) that you could call the manufacturer and they would send you replacement parts and you would just have to pay any company of your choosing to install them. He did quote you that if we Wambo’s Waterworks had to supply and install the parts for a natural gas control thermostat and pilot assembly replacement kit it would be around $450.00 which you are free to accept or deny to your choosing. Those parts collectively for us to supply would be over $275+ but that job never took place it was just a quote given to you to use at your discretion with our services. Again, we do apologize for the negative feelings towards us and wish you best services with any future companies you choose to use as it will not be us."
"As we have stated to you both on the phone and through email we greatly apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Your job was completed in September of 2020 and has been working properly until the prior weeks freeze yet you are just now leaving a review on work you were happy with upon time of completion. We were happy to come out and inspect the situation the very next day that we got a call from you completely free of charge. Upon inspection all the plumbing that we touched, worked on, and/or replaced is still working properly. The leak is coming from an aspect of the home that was never replaced by us. We have also offered to replace the part that is leaking although we did not supply nor repair any aspect of it upon our original job therefore it is not part of your warranty but we were willing to help you with, again completely free of charge. We have tried to be more than reasonable but understand your frustrations. We greatly appreciate your time and business. Again, we wholeheartedly apologize for the issues you are experiencing."
