Water heater issues began back in December on a Sunday. Warren’s reached out then with suggestions and guidance to resolve on my own. After limping for months, had them replace. Outstanding customer service. Made special effort to maintain the cleanliness of the work site (tarps on floors, etc.), worked quietly, efficiently, and very professionally. Very impressed with Warren’s. Will contact first on next plumbing project.

This company offers fair pricing and quick response times. I made an appointment for an installation of a new kitchen faucet along with two angle stop valve replacements. Bill and helper arrived right on time. Friendly and ready to work. They went straight to work and completed the job promptly, testing and checking the system thoroughly. Bill also made me aware of some future services to consider in a knowledgeable, non-pushy manner. I certainly will think about it and give Warren’s a call when I’m ready.

Warren called me and walked me through it versus charging me a service charge. I am happy people like him exist.

The plumber and his assistant arrived promptly, did all the work requested, and provided tips and suggestions to avert future problems. All was provided at a very reasonable cost. Another company had bid the same work at a much higher cost.

I used Warren's Plumbing for a bathtub which would not drain. I was having water up to my calf and needed to call them right away. I had several plumbers try to take care of the problem previously and they did a terrible job each time. The water still would not drain for any length of time. Warren's Plumbing used an electric rooter and finally fixed the problem. I very highly recommend Warren's Plumbing and will using them again in the future!

He explained everything that was wrong with the kitchen faucet and valves. He detailed what needed done, even sent a picture of the new faucet from the store for approval and provided the receipt too. When he was finished he explained everything that was completed and made sure we had the paperwork for the faucet for the future.
