Great!! Matt inspected the unit and we determined that one of the fins on my blower might be a bit loose. He came across as very knowledgeable, experienced and did not automatically want to replace things that did not need to be replaced. I decided to enter into a twice yearly service inspection contract for both my units with him. Looking forward to using Warrior HVAC company when the need arrives. On one visit, Matt cleaned out various ducts/vents including the dryer vent in a basement laundry room that was difficult to access. He stayed at least two hours and did not charge extra even though I think the job took him longer than we both expected. On a separate visit, he inspected and tuned up the air conditioning unit of our guesthouse. He explained everything meticulously and showed me exactly what he checked and what needed attention, and what might need attention down the road. He was very thorough.

Matt is very meticulous and tested all parts of the system thoroughly. It was the first time I had a company test an A/C system where I felt the money was well-spent and that it would protect me for the cooling season. He spent well over an hour here going over everything. Matt's philosophy is that's it's often cheaper to repair and maintain equipment than to replace it. I agree with this approach. Matt noticed a refrigerant leak and found a couple of test valves that might have been the cause which he replaced. Also, replaced a run capacitor which was getting weak, and added 2 lbs of R-22. At the end I decided to sign up for a yearly service where he will come back in the fall to check the heating system. He provides free filters for the year with this service. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and also a very nice guy! You won't go wrong with Matt.

Matt arrived promptly, told us what he was doing, offered ongoing advice and presented his contract for future work. We'll call him again and let our neighbors know that we found someone who knows his business and can be trusted.

The installation took a little longer than was anticipated

He was great once he got there. The day was awful beforehand because of several reasons. He must give people only times when he knows he can show up because I had to go and sit in the sun beforehand and he was half a day late.

Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty.

Warrior did the teadious work of finding the leak and fixing it. My unit was old and all the other guys i called wanted to replace the unit. Warrior fixed and tuned up my unit.

Came and fixed the problem right away, explained the process and I am very happy.

They installed it successfully, but forgot to unplug the drain off valve, and it started leaking into the drywall. Overall very nice and professional.
