Dear Raj As per your cancellation of replacing our LG washing machine gasket, please refund the $193 check that was paid to you by me by check # 142 from my checking account on June 8th, 2026 A recap: I spoke with you on the phone about needing our gasket cleaned. There were several appointments that were no shows. I missed work a few times as each time I was never told in advance that no one was coming. I found out after calling or texting you after the fact. You and I agreed that I would pay you $350 cash when the job was finished after you told me that the gasket needed to be replaced, not cleaned. Your guys arrived on June 8th catching my husband before the agreed on time (I was not home yet) and your tech insisted that he had to pay $193.00 by check that day. We spoke on the phone and you agreed to rip up the check, as per our prior agreement of $350 payment after the gasket was fixed. You never ripped up the check despite this as well as my text follow ups to remind you

The tech called gave time and quto great service.

They worked on a Sunday and even though it was luckily a quick repair, they charged a reasonable service charge.

They are not responding to my phone calls and emails, Refuse to come compromise agreement. They broke my dryer door now the door was not closing properly, there was a crack on the top left corner., and also he didn't back the drum.
