The Washer and Dryer Expert is a former Sears Tech, now family owned & operated repair business servicing Seminole and Orange counties. We have over 20 years experience in repairing ALL brands (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Maytag, GE, Amana etc.) of home appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, and garbage disposals. Unlike many larger known companies we offer NO TRIP CHARGE, which means there is no fee for traveling from our place to yours! Most instances we are able to fit you on the schedule the same day! We have used Jerry many times. He always arrives when he says he will and his prices are fair and reasonable. Once he told me that my dishwasher was not worth fixing and didn't charge me for the trip out.

He did not really fix anything...just told me repairs would be expensive and get new. My washer/dryer are about 5 -6 years old....I'm using as is....at this point. Don't know if I would call him again.

Their service was quick. Jeremiah seemed very knowledgeable about my washer. He gave a quick diagnosis just by listening. He was able to fix the machine to last longer but was honest and told me the next time it stops working, it's time to get a new washer, as mine is breaking in ways that can't be repaired. I appreciated the service and the honesty. I would definitely recommend.

Great. Jerry called and got a price for the switches. They were very expensive, so I decided I can live with finicky until they actually break. Jerry also cleaned the washer and dryer filters and did some other maintenance. He was friendly and professional, and I will certainly call him if/when the finicky switches finally break down. I will also call him if any other appliances break.

No charge for estimates I have used Jerry's services twice now ( for different washer /dryer sets) Jerry is very honest - if he doesn't think it's worth the money to fix, he will reccomend replacing rather than charge you for parts/labor that won't fix the problem.

Jeremiah replaced the timer in the switch. Jeremiah had informed me repairing the switch would be more costly, so replacing the timer was a better solution.

Called day noticed problem and set up appointment for next day. He arrived later than appointment time but I was informed he would be late for appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable. Problem was a hole in plastic water tank. He had to get a replacement tank and returned couple days later to install it. Problem seems to be solved. I thought cost for repair was reasonable.

THIS WASHER DRYER REPAIRMAN WAS VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CHECKED MY DISHWASHER AND TOLD ME IT NEEDED A PART THAT HE COULD ORDER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

JERRY, ALWAYS RESPONDS THE DAY WE CALL HIM FOR REPAIRS ON OUR WASHER, DRYER, DISHWASHER, ETC. USUALLY HE RESPONDS WITHIN 4-6 HOURS. THIS DAY HE CAME OUT HIMSELF AND TOOK CARE OF OUR WASHER. THE WASHER IS ON IT'S LAST LEG. HE IS REASONABLE IN PRICE AND ADVISES US ON IF IT IS BETTER TO REPLACE A PART OR BUY A NEW APPLIANCE. HE'S HONEST AND I'VE FOUND HIM TO BE PROMPT.
