Very pleased that repairman arrived earlier than scheduled time. He explained what needed to be done and supplies needed in understandable terms. Job was completed expeditiously.

It went very well. Sam was sent to do the work and he was excellent came on time had all the things he needed and was out in 30 minutes. Very efficient he showed me how it worked and if it gets stuck to use the key to fix it. Was awesome. !!!!

I was not getting hot water from my solar water heater. I called couple plumbing companies. One didn’t show up so I called Watanabe Plumbing. Wayne was very helpful and sent Sam to troubleshoot. He called and came promptly. As he was troubleshooting Sam explained to me what was happening. He also checked the circuit breaker panel to make sure water heater switch was on. We were able to resolve the problem and it sure feels great to shower in nice warm shower after showering in cold for past two days. Mahalo Sam and Wayne!

What i like about this company was the ability to communicate with the customer. They changed out the flow pump on my solar heater and stuck around to ensure system Was running properly. Watanabe and I along with his assistance which you find me say is sharp guy. Continue to troubleshoot the system and found that I had multiple problems the control valve which maintains hot water temperature throughout the house was bad and needed to be replaced. They located the right valve and we’re back out at my house the following morning to do repairs they conducted a system operational check, hot water heater back up and running to temperature. This is an outstanding company. Wife was extremely happy with their service and so was I highly recommend this company for anyone that has a hot water solar heater true professionals, thank you very much Watanabe.

Wayne's service was friendly, fast, and affordable. He was very professional, and I felt comfortable talking to him throughout the time he was here. He does like to dress comfortably, which I didn't mind at all. He was also very knowledgeable, and gave me some good tips on how to keep my drain from getting clogged again.
