He was punctual.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. He did a fine job of cleaning the windows, but we had to  reschedule a few times because apparently he had some personal issues going on. But when he finally did come he did a fine job; no problems.  He came, did his job and did it fast. He did a good job and I am happy with it. His price was fair and he was very prompt, got to work and got it done.

It went well.  The service was done with professionalism, courtesy and punctuality. <br /> The owner did have to return to complete the job another day as he became ill.  The follow-up was as he said and completed with satisfaction. <br />

Overall, pretty good, missed 2 windows on the inside, so walk around and look before they leave. They did not come back after I called to let them know. <br />

The good news is that we were happy with the work, the bad news is that he arrived more than an hour late.. we specifically asked for downstairs screens only to be cleaned along with windows, however he cleaned upstairs screens as well (a little xtra cost).  We also had him clean out the gutters while here, so all in all we were happy with the work.  Will use him again.

We were very flexible, tried to work with him because he was overwhelmed with his schedule. Told him that all he has to do is give us a call to reschedule. He doesn't call, he doesn't show up, is apologetic and then doesn't come through again. We have been trying on a daily basis, we've left messages, we want our money back. As a matter of integrity we will take him to small claims court. We hope Angie's List can do something to help us get our money back and not have this person on their list anymore.

Showed up on time, worked efficiently, did a great job.  I'd definitely hire him again!

This provider did not come on the agreed-upon date.  When he did come a week later, he was three hours late.  As a result, it got dark before he finished and he had to come back several times.  He was unprofessional in the way he used our belongings inside the house without asking.  We paid him the full amount on the second day he worked, and he said he had just a small amount of work yet to finish.  He came back two more times, but not at the times we had agreed on.  When he did finish, he did not remember being paid and insisted that we pay him again.  Yet, he had already cashed the two checks we had written him and they had cleared our bank.

Waylon left streaks and dirt on most of the windows, did not clean the sills and did not fasten the downspouts. <br /> When my husband called him and asked that he come back and fasten the downspouts, he said that he would come back and he never returned.

Waylon did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. He is an extremely nice and personable guy who knows what he's doing. It took him less than 2 hours to finish the job and the windows look great. I wish we would have done the insides too but we did not want to spend too much. <br /> His prices are very reasonable and he offers discounts for more than one job done at the same time. We plan on calling him for some pressure washing in the near future. <br /> He is usually just a one-person company with having the help of one or two other guys from time to time but he was very flexible  and was able to work us into the schedule quickly.

Last Fall I  bought a coupon from another site for Waylon's window cleaning service. I waited until Spring to schedule. I  had no problems setting up the appointment or having him follow through.  While here he offered to clean the siding and gutters for a very reasonable price. The price I am listing on this review is an estimate because I can't remember the exact amount I paid for the window cleaning  coupon.  I was not actually home when he did the work, so when I returned, I  was happy to see that he moved some plants and other items that might have been damaged while cleaning the house. <br /> <br /> He did an excellent job and I would hire him again. My house sparkles! 

I called Waylon as I've seen his company featured on Angie's List/. He was very courteous and professional on the phone and seemed very knowledgeable. I scheduled the work for the following week.On the day of the appointment Waylon called me in the morning to give me estimate of when he was going to arrive at my house. He arrived soon after and got started with the gutter cleaning. He then cleaned the windows and did the other few jobs that I had which was fixing a toilet, fix a leaking faucet and do some caulking around the bathtub. He then wrote up and invoice and even gave me a 10% discount for having several services done at the same time.The windows look better than I have ever seen them, the gutters seem to be perfectly clean as the recent rain has not caused any issues and I am glad to have gotten the few other things done around the house. <br /> <br />  I would call Waylon again and have recommended him to a lot of my neighbors.

This was a complete failure.  I purchased a coupon, set up a date and took the afternoon off from work.  A couple of hours before his arrival he called to ask to do the work another day because he was behind.  I agreed to the following afternoon.  the next day, he showed up, started cleaning the inside of a few windows and then had to leave because his squeegees weren't working properly because he was waiting for some parts.  I told him I could take the morning off Friday if he could come then.  I had told him when we set up the very first appointment that I was not in a rush but he insisted to do the job asap.  Friday morning when he didn't show on time, I called and he sounded so frazzled with his schedule that I told him I didn't want him rushing through the work and we could schedule another day.  We both agreed to the following Wednesday.  I took another morning off work.  Wednesday came and went and he was a complete no show.  Friday I called and he admitted that his schedule was completely messed up and he was overbooked with work.  At this point I told him that since I had missed so much work, that the Big Deal was actually costing me money now so we had better just cancel the coupon and I would work with Angie's List for a refund.  He agreed.  <br /> <br /> I called Angie's List and they agreed to give me a refund but because Waylon had started to clean a few windows, they would have to run it by him to ensure there was no issue with offering  full refund.  I left a voice mail with Waylon explaining why they would be calling him and could he please honor the refund.  On Saturday I was at work (making up for some of the work I had missed) and Waylon called my home to let us know he was "on the way even though it was raining".  ??????  I called him immediately and told him that we had agreed he would not do the work and that I would get a refund.  I also reminded him that Angie's List would be calling to ask if he agreed even though he had done a few windows (inside only).  He then told me he needed to charge me for that work!  This appalled me since he had caused me to miss so much work and the amount would have come to probably less than $20.  He agreed that he was being unreasonable and agreed to honor the full refund.  Late Monday morning he emailed me to try to "make things right" and do the work that very afternoon.  I sent him an email outlining the entire course of events and expressing my wish for him to honor the full refund.  I checked my mastercard and noticed that Angie's List had already given me the refund. <br /> <br /> Waylon seems like a nice guy and all, but his business skills are sorely lacking.  At the very least he needs to learn how to schedule his jobs so that he doesn't overpromise. <br />

I purchased a discount certificate for 16 windows.  Waylon had to resch at least 3 times.  When he finally did come he did an excellent job with washing the outside windows unfortuntely he never gave me the cost for the additional windows and I was quite surprised with the bill.  I would highly recommend you get a written quote from him before he begins work.

Stopped by to give an estimate and came on time. We also used them to clean, stain and repair our deck which they also did a great job on.
