Excellent communication, excellent install guys and the system is working fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Even the price was right!

They did a great job with installing my equipment quickly and with very little cleanup needed! Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable about the many questions I had. From the ladies in the office, to the gentleman who installed and serviced the equipment, everyone was extremely personable and easy to work with.

We have become lifetime customers of waterboy. When we bought our first and only house 2008, they came out and installed a water filtration system because our water had a lot of iron. It's 2024 and that system has worked like a charm basic service it'll last a lifetime. Now we needed our entire well pump replaced. I love this company and the people that run it are wonderful and easy to work with. Very professional and great work. Our water has never been better.

We hired WWW to do a system check . The crew came out at the appointed time and called ahead. We didn't really understand the components of the system but they explained everything thoroughly. They tested the water at the well and the tab and recommended to disconnect one of the cylinders. They replaced a few broken clips without charging extra. We are very happy with the work performed.

Roy came out and gave us the breakdown and PROMISED....that his system would rid us ofnthe awful smell in our water. Well one year later and several attempts, we still have the problem. Now we are being told that its OUR problem, that some rod is needed and the cost would be ours.......full of crap.  Would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. Now, if they should come back and make good on that PROMISE by Roy himself, I might change the rating from an F to D......but still would not recommend them. <br />

The system has not worked correctly and the water still has a funny smell and is running our bathroom fixtures.  The company did some pipe work also and did not cap a pipe that ended up running our Furnace.  There response was that I had mentioned that I was going to get a new furnace when remodeling my home.  They took no responsibility and I would not let them back in my house ever again!

Installed immediately. Installed Nov 2007. It is now July 2008 and the system still is not working properly. The company ignores phone calls, will not show for scheduled appointments. Horrible work ethics and customer service.
