DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Contracted with Joe the owner at the end of October 2020. He required a deposit of $,7500. Work was to be done in the spring of 2021. He mentioned that he had the materials in stock except for the liner. End of March, they came out to measure the liner. In May, got a call that the liner was delayed due to Covid by 2-3 weeks. In mid-June, got another call that coping was delayed by 4 weeks. Surprised to hear coping was an issue since Joe specifically confirmed back in October that he had the coping and was putting it aside for my job. Since June, I've called multiple times - keep getting the same office woman who answers phone and knows nothing - always says she'll have someone call back and they never do. I've also send many emails and texts with no reply. Called HomeAdvisor and they are useless as well - claim no responsibility for referring a dead beat contractor to me. I am pursuing legal action. Stay away from this place!

Unfortunately my experience with Watercraft - Billerica Ma was incredibly disappointing. We hired them to install an above ground pool this April. The pool is currently in but when concerns came up ( pool not level, some leaks, no training) they stopped responding to our call and were promised follow up that never occurred. As part of our pool purchase we were promised accessories as part of the sales pitch. We were told by the owners wife they were in stock and would be delivered. That was a few weeks ago and we still haven’t received the accessories or a follow up call as to why? We have sent emails, texts and left messages and as of today 06/03/21 still not received a call back from this company. I understand things have been crazy with Covid but not even a simple text stating they are overwhelmed and will follow up in the near future- nothing. I really want to caution people if you are looking to have a pool installed to thoroughly research this company. Our town requires the contractor to acquire the permit - he told us he did and then after the pool was installed we found out that he actually never did luckily the town felt bad and worked with us to get what we needed to ensure the pool install was legal. Just a very dishonest business who does not take pride in his company’s reputation or his own personal character.

It went excellent. The guys know there craft and very friendly. Joe is always informative what needs to be done and always has a solution. will not use anyone else. I always get a pleasant conversation when i call.

They were amazing and I do not say it to anyone if they are not good.

Everything went perfectly. The workers are very respectful of both you and your property. I will definitely hire this company again.

Price! Professionalism! Prompt!

They clean the pool but there are still stains left and they didn't install the filters. I tried to call and text them but they are not responding to any of my communication.
