I had a roof leak and potential mold problems and I didn't know what to do. I got their name from a friend who used them and loved them. When I called they answered the phone on the first try and told me they could be out the following morning. I was worried being a single mom and trying to do this all on my own, not knowing what I had to do. They came right out, and they were on time which really impressed me. They were professional from start to finish. They made me feel at ease and started right away drying out my home. They inspected for Mold and yes, I had some, but they took care of that as well. They were fast, thorough, personable, and they explained everything to me. I was having health problems and Water Floods Restoration was able to find the source! I had a leaking pipe behind my built in wall system and therefore I could not see the damage behind it. I suspected I had a mold issue in the house because of the smell and i started experiencing what I thought were allergies. When they came they were able to find the location of the mold, fix the leak, remediate all hazards, put drywall back, and painted everything to look like new. They cleaned up like if they were never there. Water Floods and Restoration were efficient and the customer service was great! The owner even came at the end to verify the work was done properly. I highly recommend this company.
