Water Heater Installation and Replacement

I had used him many times in the past and referred him to my real estate clients, but unfortunately he is now ripping people off. DO NOT USE HIM! He installed a water heater for someone I recommended him to and it was discovered that he removed the manufacturer's label with an exacto knife and covered up the blank space with one of his labels that has his phone number on it. When the heater failed my client found out that without the label you have no warranty. When my client tries to call him about it he forwards the call to a number that has been disconnected
