They showed up on time, the price was about what I expected it be and the were in and out in a little over an hour. The part that I liked best, is they confirmed what kind of equipment I had on the phone and gave me quote. No need to have some one come to my house and waste each other's time. James and Jim were great to work with. I am very detail oriented and picky, and they met my expectations, which is not easy to do. The installation of our new water heater was very professionally done. I’ve had 3 water heaters installed in last 10 years in different homes and they were the first to ever file a permit with the city and have an inspector come out after the install to inspect it, and he said it was very well done. The exhaust vent off our old heater wasn’t long enough to meet code so they came out and extended it a couple of weeks later, before the inspection, when our new roof was being installed. They told me to call them when the roofing company was there and they’d come out and handle the rest, and they did. I will definitely use them again for all future water heater replacements.

They were here for just over 2 hours and removed the old unit and put new unit in place. They were professional and the job was done right. I was impressed they could get unit replaced so quickly with it being in the attic.

Highly recommend Water Heater Pros! Eric and Ismail were awesome- they were prompt, professional, and their cost was very reasonable. They were able to install a water heater into the upstairs attic. Really appreciated them installing a water heater into my first ever home! Jim also gave great advice on the brand of water heater and was proactive in communicating and being flexible. When I let him know that there would be other people working on the house on the same day, he let his team know to be flexible and work around the other teams as needed.

The pricing was Totally Clear and Simple to Understand ! I was kept informed as to when they would arrive and introduced to Virgil, Eric and Danny. There was NO confusion each had a function. 2 - 2 1/2 hours later they explained, showed and provided pictures. NO MESS !! My wife is Happy. I was not overcharged and am very pleased overall

I highly recommend this business. They had an emergency the day of the appointment which put them behind. The owner came out to do some of the work since they were behind. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up the wet floor in the bathroom and put everything back in the garage. Additionally they were professional and efficient. A very pleased customer!

Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. This company was amazing! Jim was very informative and quoted me over the phone and said he could get it taken care of same day. The installers showed up and were very professional! I was informed they would shut the water off and have everything swapped out in a couple of hours. They laid drop cloths to protect my wood floors from the front door to the Attic access in the laundry room. They quickly drained / removed the old unit and installed the new hot water heater. They showed me pictures of the new water heater and explained what was done and the warranty information. Also gave me advice for a water alarm I could purchase on Amazon for extra safety measures. I paid my bill, the installers left, and I realized all that was done in 1 hour! I highly recommend Water Heater Pros!! They made the stressful situation of replacing a hot water heater a quick and painless experience. Reasonable prices with friendly, professional, superb customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could!

These guys were total pros. James answered all my question while on the phone setting up appt. When the guys showed up, they got right to work. Eric was was very knowledgeable, explaining things to me when I asked. Professionals and a reasonable price. You can't ask for more than that. Definitely recommend this company!
