I talked to Jeff at 10pm, he was here at 10am the following morning. Extremely professional. Took time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and I'd recommend him to everyone.

They were good. . Discussed the price, type/brand of the unit and the location where to install it. Exchanged some photos of the prospective job. He made assessments of the space of installation and determine that the unit we selected was too wide and may interfere with the wash tub. They made recommendations and modifications to properly fit the unit and correct the pitch of the exhaust that was incorrectly installed. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the job and hauled away the old/broken water heater. They were good and I would recommend them based on my experience.

I’m going to quote my son:”this guy is thorough!” Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. Not only did he replace the water heater quickly and efficiently, he also was able to get the manufacturer to give me a prorated extension on the warranty which expired in November and saved me around $400+ and was really patient in working with Home Depot to complete the proceed. And it was done at a fair price. In addition, he educated me on the care and maintenance of the unit and pointed out a some flaws in the old set up. I’d certainly recommend Jeff ( and his dad who assisted) and will hire again. One of the best pro experiences I’ve had.

Jeff came out and removed old water heater and installed a new one at my son's Condominium. Jeff was was there within a day and was in and out in no time. He is such a professional and has a great personality!! He was very reasonable!! I was so satisfied with Jeff and his work that I asked him to fix a leaking pipe at my residence and also replace hot And cold faucets that leaked with updated ones. Again Jeff was very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone! He has been doing this for a long time. If you need a water heater replacement he is definitely the guy!! Awesome company!!

Talked to the owner/installer, Jeff on a Saturday and had a new heater installed Tuesday. He is the easiest and calmest person to work with. His work was just as quoted and exactly on time. I asked him to clean up some of my exposed plumbing and he did for a small additional charge that was very reasonable. A non plumber or builder doesn't have direct access to 80gal electric water heaters anymore, but he can get a light commercial version and properly install. I will not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you

Wow, blown away by the work Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry did. I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and HWHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! When they installed, they identified and rectified many mistakes made by the person who installed the last one 5 years ago. They thoroughly checked the work when done, even safety checks. The labor cost was half the high end of others. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me.
