These guys are very rude, they also cheat. I asked for bradford white, they came home with Rheem, hiding the label, by keeping it away from my view. Rheem is very cheap brand. They cut my inlet and outlet pipes in hurry, so I cannot send them out. They charge less for cheap one. Never engage them, better to get it done by your own heating systems guy. They have good cop, bad cop strategy. One will be very rude and rush you. Other will be calm and little nice. Eventually, you feel like they are trying to steal something and run away.

Stephen and team did an excellent job. He called almost immediately after we submitted our request on AL and tried to help us solve our problem ourselves. When we realized we couldn't fix our issue on our own, he guided us in getting the right parts from our manufacturer for the warranty on our water heater. Installation was quick, the rate was very competitive, we really appreciated the friendly and professional service. Really responsive via text/phone, would call again!

It went as terrible as you can imagine. Steve, the owner, is the most disrespectful person I ever had to deal with. They first replaced my existing hot water heater that didn't work anymore and when they replaced it, they didn't install it correctly and the heat in the apartment no longer worked. Along with the install, they totally damaged the utility area where the hot water heater was stored damaging the door. When I called Steve to have it looked at, he went on a cursing rampage for me even insisting it didn't work. He eventually had it replaced, but did not work again after the new install and totally cursed me out asking for me to pay further after he already damaged the utility area. After the install, it wasn't even up to code. Just recently had the apartment go through a home inspection, and there were code violations of the install that came up. When calling Steve to discuss, he decided to curse me out instead of discuss the issue. If you wan't to deal with a total unprofessional, then totally deal with this scum bag.

They came out to replace my Water heater and we notice the pipes into the old heater were reversed. I asked the installer about correcting the issue but he said if it was working we should just leave it the way it was. The installer said if it was a problem they would come back free of charge and fix the issue. Needless to say I start noticing that the hot water was getting cooler way to quick for a new heater. I come to find out it must be plumbed correctly or the cold water mixes with the hot water to quickly because the cold water needs to be down at the bottom of the heater not at the top. I called them and they said its now MY problem and they would charge me $350.00 to fix their backwards installation that they did say they would fix if it was a problem. They need to teach their installers how a water heater works and they should NEVER install the plumbing backwards!

New Jersey friends, if you need water heater replacement, please avoid this place at all cost. I had my water heater done at WaterHeatersNJ.com and when I have the town came and inspected, I was told it was not installed up to standard code. There is a missing blow down tube (which being the first time home owner, I have no idea what it is) but my inspector said any licensed plumber should have known what it is and got it right. Called the plumber guy named Steve back. He told me he would go back and fix it with an additional charge of $45 and I should be thankful because he doesn't charge me any labor for it. No apologies what so ever. I was upset and wanted to express myself of how unhappy I am to have to waste my time on something so basic that he should have known and he would talk to me like i owe him a favor. He gave me no chance. Every time I was to say something, He went on and said he had 30 water heaters to do a week and he's 52 year old and not taking any complaints from me. That i should be thankful that he picked up the phone. He talked over me loudly every time I tried to say something. He also hung up the phone on my twice. He really wanted to make sure that I feel it's a favor that he's doing for me. After all that, he sent me the invoice below via text message and call me "little girl"!!!!!!! how sexist is that? he also not forget to include that it's part of my invoice that any upgrades will cost more. How is it an upgrade when it's a basic? What type of customer service is this? The money is not an issue here. I could have just pay the $45 out of charity but the way he talked to me was just unacceptable! He really thought I would have been afraid and let him overpower me and shut up? No way I would accept this type of customer service! Please spread the words out! Please don't let this happen again to someone else!!!!!

Totally unprofessional. Told them to take care of our recently refinished hardwood floors. Despite this request they dripped lots of dirty water on the floors. They also dripped even more dirty water on the carpeted stairs leading to our basement. They then left all the debris from their repair (assorted pipes and ductwork) in our driveway. When we complained to the owner the angrily told us that no craftsmen ever cleaned up after themselves and that "he didn't need to be lectured." They also tacked on a few hundred dollars over the estimate for routine work that they should have disclosed before we hired them.

Stay away. Hired them for plumbing for half bath for basement construction and the work was poor. Inspection failed. They cannot even plan or prioritize work ahead and give reasons to delay indefinitely. Now the owner says, hire someone else to complete the work. Poor planning and no professionalism. Spare yourself a lot of agony.

The installation was mediocre we are not satisfied the product is not working when they left.

They were fast neat and courteous. I couldn’t ask for anything more than that.

Excellent installation - 50 gallon electric Bradford White installed in less than 2 hours. Care was taken to ensure handling and disposal did not damage home. Very courteous of pets and their safety. Price is excellent by $200 to most other bids received (5 others). Would recommend for replacement of water heaters.

I needed to replace my old hot water heater. I chose this company and called and left a message. Steve called me back promptly and I explained what I needed done. I also told him that the space where the unit was located was extremely small, and he said no problem. He quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable. He answered every questions that I had (and I had quite a few) We scheduled an appointment for the installation. He called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. After the job was finished, he sent me the paperwork to obtain my permit from the township. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again should I need to. Job well done.

Good. Installer was quick, courteous and competent. I did not realize however that there is an upcharge if the present vent is less than required 4" and vent must be upgraded.

Mess left behind was terrible. Most of the mess was not even from my house.

I called Steve at Water Heaters and they were at my house within a half hour. The guys were professional and installed the heater within 20 minutes. Steve was also very nice on the phone and contacted me promptly. I would recommend them and use them again.

They came by a month ago. My water heater did break. In a week they came by. Very professional, and very quick to come by. I was selling the house at the time and they actually came through and provided me with the application for the permit. The pricing was as quotes. They came in and took the other one away. It was all done within a couple of hour. I had a great experience with them.

Great, I called Noon Friday and had hot water Saturday afternoon. Technicians worked quickly and efficiently. Cost was as quoted, I would highly recommend this service

In the end the water heater was installed properly and is working great. Some issues with the responsiveness of the company when the driver was delayed.

Done in an hour. Fast and professional.

When I called, they knew exactly what I was describing and they could have the replacement tank in one day. (I called 2 other places and they weren't even sure what I was describing). 2 guys showed up the next afternoon with the unit and it took 2 1/2 hours, but I have hot water and no more water dripping in my basement.

Installation was timely and well done. I suggest that permit process and time until paperwork sent out to customer could be better explained upfront.

<p>My experience was horrible. The installers were supposed to come on Tuesday. I took the morning off work, only t get a call about 8:30 saying the plumber was sick and the install would have to be put off the next day. I agreed to allow the helper to disconnect and remove the old heater and the owner assured me that he would have a crew on site at 8:00am the next day. I got home that evening and nothing was done. The old water heater was still in place and connected. I called the owner, Steve and told him what happened and yet he insisted the heater was removed. Took another day off of work and at about 8:30 got a call from the installers noting that they would be there between 11 and 1pm. I was fuming and told them so. They hung up on me. I proceeded to call the main number for the business. I called over 20 times and got no response even to the messages I left. Finally the installers showed up at 1:20, 20 minutes later than the worst case arrival time. They completed the job in about 4 hours. They were not able to remove the old heater at that time and committed to coming back the next afternoon to remove the heater. They were a no show and no calls. My wife had waited for them all afternoon. On top of that I lost 10 hours of work which I will not be reimbursed for.   I took the desperate measure of canceling the check I gave them. We heard nothing from anyone at the business and I finally decided to email them on Tuesday. Wouldn't you know it, I got a call shortly thereafter from Steve, the owner. He noted he just found out 6 days later that the installers did not remove the old water heater, He was also complaining about the $30 fee he incurred when I canceled the check. I had to take another 2 hours off work for them to come on Thursday to remove the heater, a full week later to take out the old heater. When I told the owner, who was also there, I would not reimburse the $30 he huffed out of  my home saying I hope the heater fails on you soon because I won't fix it and then left with saying F-you to me. You may have a different experience from mine but I would urge you to have a contract in your hands ahead of time from them with all the details on the work to be performed. Make sure you get the building permit form from them completed and ready before you provide them final payment.  Good Luck.....</p> <br />
